学校的变化五年级英语作文5句话

学校的变化五年级英语作文5句话全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1School Has Changed So Much Over the Years!Wow, it's hard to believe how different school is now compared to when I was in kindergarten! It feels like everything has changed, from the buildings to the classes we take. I can barely recognize my old elementary school nowadays. One of the biggest changes has to be the new technology we use every day. Back when I was a little kid, we didn't have fancy tablets or laptops. We had to write everything down with pencils and paper! These days, we get to use these really cool devices for almost all our work. We can look things up instantly, watch videos about the topics we're learning, and even take virtual field trips without leaving the classroom. It's so high-tech and fun!The school buildings themselves have gone through a major makeover too. They've added on all these brand new wings with state-of-the-art science labs, computer rooms, and maker spaces. We've got 3D printers, robotics kits, you name it! The oldplayground equipment has been replaced with these huge, colorful play structures that look like they came straight out of a kids' dream. And let's not forget the cafeteria – they've totally revamped the lunch menu with way more delicious and healthy options than the boring, mushy stuff they used to serve.Besides just the physical changes, the way we learn has shifted a lot too. Classes aren't just about sitting at desks and listening to teachers lecture anymore. We get to do lots of hands-on projects, work together in groups, and even go on field trips to learn about things in the real world. My personal favorite is when we get to take classes outside, like outdoor science lessons or art classes on the lawn. It's such a nice break from being cooped up indoors all day!Last but not least, my school has added so many cool new clubs, sports teams, and after-school activities that we never had before. Whether you're into coding, chess, drama, skateboarding, or pretty much any other interest, there's bound to be a club for it. I'm on the robotics team myself, and we just competed in our first big tournament last month. It was an absolute blast! In short, my elementary school experience today is worlds apart from what my older siblings or parents went through at my age. Sometimes I can't help but feel a little jealous that theymissed out on all the amazing new facilities, technology, and learning opportunities that we get to enjoy nowadays. School has changed so much for the better – I can't wait to see what other incredible advancements are in store by the time I'm off to middle school!篇2Changes at SchoolHi there! I'm a 5th grader and a lot has changed at my school over the past few years. First off, we got a brand new principal, Mr. Williams, who really shook things up around here. He made a bunch of new rules like we can't run in the halls anymore and we have to wear uniforms now. I'm not a huge fan of the uniforms since they're kind of boring, but I guess they do make things easier in the morning not having to pick out an outfit. One of the biggest changes has been with technology. A few years ago, we just had some old desktop computers in the library and computer lab. But now every student from 3rd grade up gets an iPad to use! It's really cool because we can do our work on the iPads, play education games, and even video chat with students from other schools. My favorite app is Epic Books where I canread thousands of different books online. Although sometimes the internet at school is pretty slow which can be annoying. We also got a huge renovation of our science labs and STEM spaces. The new science labs have all these crazy machines and tools for experiments. We can use 3D printers, robotics kits, virtual reality headsets and more. In STEM class, we've been learning coding and even built our own simple robots and video games. It's super hands-on which I like way more than just reading from a textbook. My best friend Joey is obsessed with the robotics club now.Outside, they redid all the playground equipment, fields and outdoor spaces too. We got these really fun new swing sets, climbing structures and spinning toys. Plus they put in a running track, new basketball and tennis courts, and a turf field for soccer, football and lacrosse. During recess, there's a bunch of different places to run around instead of just the old blacktop. In gym class, we can actually play different sports properly on the real fields instead of just running laps. One of my least favorite changes has been to the cafeteria food though. They got rid of all the good stuff like pizza, chicken nuggets and ice cream. Now it's all "healthy" options like salads, whole wheat bread and vegetables. I miss the fries and chocolatemilk from when I was in 2nd grade! At least we still have cookies sometimes on Fridays. But my parents say the healthier food is better for me even if it doesn't taste as good.So those are some of the biggest changes I've noticed over the past few years at school. I'm sure there will be even more changes to come before I'm done with elementary school too. Like maybe they'll get us all laptops and virtual reality headsets next! Or put a Jamba Juice or Chipotle in the cafeteria (a kid can dream, right?). Overall though, I've enjoyed the upgrades and new opportunities we have, even if I do miss some of the old things. Change can be hard sometimes, but it keeps life interesting! Let me know if you have any other questions.篇3Changes at SchoolSchool has changed a lot over the past few years. When I was in 1st grade, everything seemed so different! The classrooms looked smaller back then and the desks were tiny. I remember having to climb up onto the chair to get seated properly. Nowadays the furniture looks just the right size for me.One of the biggest changes has been the introduction of new technology in every classroom. We used to just have achalkboard and some old, dusty books. But now we have huge interactive whiteboards on the walls that teachers can write on with special pens. They can also pull up videos, games and learning websites right on the board! Having that technology makes lessons way more interesting and engaging. We also have a class set of tablets that get passed out for certain activities. Using the tablets allows us to do online research, take quizzes, and even create presentations and videos for our projects. I definitely learn better when I get to be interactive and hands-on like that compared to just reading from a textbook. The schoolyard has changed too. They renovated the old, rusty playground equipment a couple years ago with brand new, brightly colored slides, swings, climbing structures and more. The play area has a spongy rubber floor now instead of just hard dirt and gravel. It's a lot safer and more fun to run around during recess!Another major change has been the addition of newafter-school clubs and activities. Back in the early grades, there was just a basic homework club where we'd sit around and work on assignments. But now they have all kinds of cool options like coding club, robotics, chess, art, music exploration and even arunning club. I'm so glad I can explore different interests instead of just going home right after classes end.Overall, I've really enjoyed watching my school transform and modernize over the past few years. The technology upgrades have made learning a lot more interactive and engaging. Having new playgrounds and activities is awesome too. While I'll always have fond memories of how things used to be, I'm really appreciating all the positive changes happening at my school. I can't wait to see what other amazing new things get added as I move up through the higher grade levels! Maybe they'll have virtual reality lessons one day? A kid can dream!篇4Changes in SchoolSchool has changed a lot since I started kindergarten. When I was little, everything seemed so big and scary. The school building looked like a giant castle, the hallways were like endless mazes, and my teacher was a towering figure of authority. But as the years went by, the school became a familiar and comfortable place. One of the biggest changes has been the subjects we study. In the early grades, it was mostly about learning the basics likereading, writing, and math. But now in 5th grade, we've added so many more subjects to our schedule. Science has become one of my favorites as we get to do cool experiments and learn about the world around us. We also have social studies where we learn about history, geography, and different cultures. And just this year, we started taking a foreign language class which is really exciting and challenging. The classrooms themselves have evolved too. When I was younger, they felt like blank boxes with just desks, chairs, and a chalkboard. But now our classrooms are bright, colorful spaces with interactive whiteboards, computers, and lots of learning materials and resources. The desks are arranged in groups to facilitate group work and discussions. It's a much more engaging environment for learning. One major change has been the introduction of technology in our everyday learning. We each have a tablet computer that connects to the classroom displays and learning apps. Our lessons often incorporate videos, simulations, and online activities. We even submit some of our assignments digitally through online portals. It has definitely made learning more interactive and up-to-date with the modern world. As I look ahead to middle school and beyond, I can only imagine how school will keep evolving and changing. New subjects, teaching methods, and technologies will surely be introduced. While it can be uncomfortable adjusting to changes, I appreciate how our school tries to make learning as engaging and effective as possible. Who knows what creative and innovative approach to education the future will bring? I just hope I can keep adapting to the constant changes that school life brings. One thing is for sure - my experience of school at age 10 is vastly different from when I was 5 years old. The journey of changes continues!篇5The Changes at My School Over the YearsWow, where do I even begin? My school has changed so much since I was a tiny little kid in kindergarten. It's almost unrecognizable now! I still remember my very first day here like it was yesterday. I was absolutely terrified walking through those big doors into a strange new world. Everything seemed so huge and overwhelming back then. The hallways were like endless mazes, the classrooms were giant caverns, and the older kids looked like giants towering over me. I was just a shrimp in a big pond of sharks! But as the years went on, the school started to feel more and more like a second home to me. The hallways got shorter, the classrooms got cozier, and even the biggest kids didn't seem so scary anymore. I slowly but surely found my way around and made lots of great friends along the way. We've gone through so much together at this school - the good times and the bad, the easy days and the tough ones. It's been one wild ride, that's for sure! One of the biggest changes I've noticed is how much more technology we use now compared to when I was in the lower grades. I remember we used to just have those old desktop computers in the corner of the classroom that were basically dinosaurs. Nowadays, we all have fancy tablets and laptops, interactive whiteboards, and we can project things right onto the walls. It's so high-tech! I've got to admit, it makes learning a lot more fun and engaging. The playground has transformed a ton too. They've added all these new play structures, obstacles courses, climbing walls, and even a greenhouse! It's like a mini adventure park out there. No more boring old swings and seesaws. Us kids can really get our energy out in creative ways. I'm constantly discovering new nooks and crannies to explore with my friends. But I think the biggest change of all has been the school community itself. There are so many new clubs, activities, and after-school programs now. We've got coding camp, chess club, art studio, dance team, you name it! The options are endless for exploring new interests and talents. There are also way more community events, cultural celebrations, and family nights that bring everyone together. It's like the school has become a second home for our whole neighborhood.Overall, while there's no doubt my school has evolved in some pretty drastic ways over the past few years, it's still the same place I've grown to love. Sure, the building looks a bit different and we've added some modern touches, but the heart and spirit remain the same. It's where I've made incredible memories, learned invaluable lessons, and had experiences I'll never forget. As I get ready to move on to middle school soon, I'll always look back fondly on my journey at this wonderful place. It's been one crazy adventure!篇6Changes at My School Over the YearsMy name is Jake and I'm a 5th grader at Oakwood Elementary School. I've been going to this school sincekindergarten and I've seen a lot of changes happen over the years. Some have been small things, while others were major renovations and additions. It's crazy to think about how different the school looks and feels compared to when I was a tiny little kid!One of the first big changes I remember was when they tore down the old, rundown playground and put in brand new equipment. The old playground was pretty boring - just an old rust bucket of a swing set, some monkey bars, and amerry-go-round that seemed destined to fling kids into the stratosphere if you spun on it too fast. The new playground, though, was like a wonderland! They had these awesome climbers with multiple levels, tunnels to crawl through, several different swing set bays, and even a zipline! That zipline was the best. We'd form a mile-long line for it at recess and zip away, shrieking with joy. Sometimes I'd zip so fast that my feet would leave the ground for a second when I reached the end. I have so many fun memories of that new playground from 1st and 2nd grade.Another major upgrade was when they did a total renovation of the cafeteria a couple years ago. The old one was just a really bland, boring room with bad lighting and tiles on thefloor that always seemed to have a thin layer of spilled milk and mushed up food particles stuck to them. It felt more like a prison cafeteria than an elementary school lunchroom. But then one summer, they completely gutted the entire space and redid everything. Now it's this vibrant, modern cafeteria with big windows letting in lots of natural light, new tables and chairs that are actually comfortable, and even an outdoor courtyard area with more tables where kids can eat when the weather is nice. They put in new food stations too where you can get freshly made items like pasta, tacos, and made-to-order sandwiches instead of the old nasty rectangle pizza and frozen corn nuggets. It feels like such a welcoming, pleasant space now compared to that old cave we used to eat in.Continuing on the food front, another change I was really excited about was when they put in a brand new garden classroom a few years back. It's this awesome outdoor space with planter boxes, a greenhouse, and areas for lessons and garden-themed projects. Every class gets to spend time out there learning about growing food, being sustainable, and taking care of the plants. We all have assignments to water, weed, or harvest the fruits and veggies. My favorite part is definitely the harvesting because then we get to actually eat food we grew ourselves, like crunchy sugar snap peas, juicy strawberries, leafygreens for salads, and more. It's so cool to be able pluck food right from the garden and eat it. The garden classroom has really helped me and my friends understand more about where food comes from and how to develop green thumbs of our own.I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the addition of the maker space and technology lab wing to the school a couple years ago too. Oakwood has always been a great school academically, but that new wing really helped up our STEM game. In the maker space, we can do all sorts of hands-on design, engineering, and building projects using equipment like 3D printers, laser cutters, soldering irons, hand tools, art supplies, and more. You can really let your creativity run wild in there coming up with new inventions and constructions. In the tech lab, we have access to all the latest computers, robots, videography equipment, VR headsets, and coding tools. Getting that kind of experience with cutting-edge technologies from such a young age is honestly an incredible opportunity. I expect those skills are really going to pay off for us as we get older and the world relies on technology more and more. While a lot has changed in the physical space and facilities at Oakwood over the years, I'd say the biggest shift has actually been more intangible - in the overall culture and philosophy ofthe school. When I was in the younger grades, it still kind of had an old-school, rigid vibe with a lot of focus on strict discipline, rote memorization, sitting still at desks all day, and standardized testing. Don't get me wrong, we still have academic standards we need to meet and rules to follow. But in the last few years under a new principal and some new philosophies on education, things have become much more centered on hands-on, experiential learning, developing critical thinking abilities, cultivating。

I have been in this school for five years. In the past five years, quite a few changes have taken place here. On one side of the road, there is a new classroom building.
