现在我们跨进了骨干研修班的大门，但是通过两年的学习，我们将如何从思想理念、学习方法、教育教学方式诸方面完成教书匠到名师的蜕变？又如何发挥辐射作用，带动全市教师队伍的整体发展……一连串的问号给我们这次的学习增添了一份沉甸甸的使命感与责任感。

英语骨干教师研修班开班仪式发言稿
尊敬的各位领导、专家，各位同行：
大家早上好!
走过春夏秋三季的峥嵘岁月，我们就要迎来那银装素裹的冬季，在这个采撷幸福的季节里，在承载无数希望的期待中，在各位领导的关心和组织下，我们期待已久的小学英语骨干教师研修班终于在今天拉开了帷幕。
能有机会代表远道而来的全体学员倾吐心声，内心十分激动。
此时此刻，我想用六个字来表达我现在的心情：那就是感谢、激动、责任。
首先我想代表全体研修班成员向我们一直尊敬的、为我们牵线搭桥的周老师表示衷心的感谢，因为你的辛勤付出，才使我们的这次相聚成为必然，也使我们的快速成长成为可能。
同时也感谢各县市教研员对我们的培养与肯定，让我们得以启迪智慧、共同成长！衷心感谢你们。
能成为小学英语骨干研修班的一员，我想在座的学员们一定和我一样，欣喜之余定有几分激动。
作为各县市的骨干教师，在当地具有一定的知名度，有丰富的教学经验。
但我们对自己的朴素经验没有自觉、清醒的意识，需要借助外力来总结、提升自己的经验。
同时我们正处于专业发展的高原期，需要进一步明确目标，采取行之有效的方法，顺利度过教师专业发展的高原期，实现自我超越，快速发展。
“好雨知时节”，当我们个人成长遇到瓶颈时，市教育局教研室组建了这次全市小学英语骨干教师研修班，这次培训就像一场及时雨，将润泽了在座每一位学员期盼的心，也让平静的心
田荡起了层层涟漪。

我们一定会高度认识本次培训班的目的和意义，珍惜机会，端正态度，认真准时地参加每一次培训和学习，正确处理好本职工作和业务培训的关系，不因为培训影响工作，带着教学工作问题来参加培训，在培训学习中解决工作问题。
同时，严格遵守研修班的学习、考勤纪律，坚决做到不迟到、不早退、有事请假，不因为个人影响班级整体。
二、提升素质，争做名师
我们一定要树立终身学习的理念，立足课程改革，学习先进的教育教学理念和科学的教育教学方法，改善知识结构，提高业务素质和理论水平，在学习中成长，在实践中反思，做一个科研型、学者型的名师。
三、加强合作，建立友谊。
我们一定会团结友爱，视研修班为一个大家庭，学员间
加强交流合作，相互帮助，相互学习，相互鼓励，建立纯正的友谊，共同实现学习培训的圆满完成。
学以致用。
有人说：善于奋飞的人天上有路，敢于攀登的人山中有路，勇于远航的人海里有路。
我想：在各位领导和专家的帮助下，只要我们遵守承诺，积极践行，我们一定会走出科学高效、绚丽多彩的教育之路！相信我们满怀激情而来，带着真诚而学，也一定会满载收获而归！
朋友们，交流是短暂的，相聚是美丽的，学习是幸福的，收获是快乐的。
