一、教材分析
1．单元内容所体现的意义：本单元的主题为Shopping，主要是介绍了购物和所购的物品的描述。
通过本单元的学习，可以帮助学会购物的日常用语，初步学会购物的日常口语知识。
2．本节内容与本单元其他课时的内在联系：本课时主要包含Comic strip & Welcome to the Unit环节，这两部分是对本单元话题的介绍导入部分，在以前的学习中学生已了解一些关于描述的词汇和句子，为本课的话题作了一些词汇和内容的铺垫。
二、教学目标
1.会使用可数名词和不可数名词开购物单，为后两课学习购物做准备。
2.学会讨论吃什么饭，买什么东西。
3.会一些礼貌用语和习惯表达（即本课的基本单词和重点句子）。

有以上对话的铺垫，现在引出购物的话题。
教单词fridge, list, shopping list, buy, buy things, kilo, one kilo of chicken legs.然后教读对话，并逐句解释对话的意思（在此之前，可让学生猜测并翻译一下对话），最后由学生之间演绎对话。

教学反思：在本节课的教学中，我能够面向全体学生采用多样有效的教学方法进行教学，突出学生的主体地位，布置任务由简到繁，由易到难，层层深入，构建由初级任务到高级任务并由高级任务涵盖初级任务的循环，使教学阶梯式地层层递进，着重加强对学生英语学习能力的培养。
本节课学生能够积极思考，角色扮演的生动有趣，圆满完成了所有的任务，课堂效果好。
但是在以后的教学中还要多关注一些不开口说英语的学生，给他们设定一些简单的任务，多鼓励，提高这些学生学习英语的积极性。
