后进生由于各方面较差，受到批评较多，进而产生安于现状心理，总觉得本身低人一等。
针对这一情况，我在对待后进生的辅导方面采取以下方法。

在谈心、交往的过程中，要把学生学习的兴趣吸引过来，可进行有关学习的谈话，用行动去证明你作为老师的是从心里面想他们学好。
2、结对帮助,齐抓共管充分发挥家长学校的治理作用，与家长多联系齐抓共管，促其进步。
别的，给予他们特别的帮助，选择一个学习尖子生和他们结对，进行一对一地帮助，并且做到教师在课后对他们进行“小灶”辅导。

对这项十分艰苦的工作，我们必然要有满腔热情，必需遵循教育规律，“反复抓，抓反复“，因势利导，使后进生保持不断前进的势头。
“十年树木，百年树人”，我相信在后进生的转化过程中，只要遵循教育规律，知道学生心理，从他们的年龄特点出发，持之以恒，就必然会有所收获。

二、后进生情况分析我教学的班级有8个班，共有学生计300多人男、女生各占一半。

部分同学存在基础知识差，音不准，节奏感不强，学习态度、兴趣及方法问题，成了所谓的后进生，他们有待指导与提高。
三、后进的原因：1. 以上差生基础知识差，接受能力不强。
2. 学习目的不明确，缺乏学习兴趣，上课心不在焉。
3. 学习方法欠佳。
4. 家长不重视监管与督促，使其不能按时完成作业。
四、辅导办法：1. 经常与后进生谈心，端正他们的学习态度，明确学习的重要性，利用课外时间调动后进生学习的积极性。
2. 利用放学后的时间，帮助后进生查漏补缺，打好学科有关基础知识，增加他们的学习信心。
3. 狠抓后进生的学习进度。
