（介绍比赛流程）
B：现在由我来介绍本次比赛流程：
(一) 比赛分为两轮：
1.第一轮为定题演讲
2.第二轮为即兴演讲
(二) 主题演讲由两个组成部分：
1.定题演讲（限时3分钟）
2.评委提问（注：由外教针对英语专业组选手提问一个问题，非英语专业无提问环节）
(三) 第二轮为即兴演讲：
分别由A、B类在第一轮比赛中获得一、二等奖的选手进行对决，决出一名邕江大学英语演讲比赛年度总冠军。
题目由评委现场设定，选手临场演讲。
