本以为简简单单的自我介绍硬是被“羞羞答答”地拖了许久；本以为着重强调的集合整队纪律不会出现差错，却硬是在第一天偷偷溜走了俩孩子；本以为课堂气氛一定会异常活跃，然而任凭你怎么想法子，整个课堂气氛却总像老牛拉破车一样行进困难。
我们四位助教高涨的热情在第一天就被狠狠地浇了冷水，难道我那美好和谐的助教生活就要这样被扼杀在摇篮里了吗？我开始抱怨，这些初一的孩子根本没有我们想象中那么听话懂事，也根本没有我们认为的那么机灵活泼。
这第一天我们对学生的“当头棒喝”没有起到丝毫作用，却把我们膨胀的自信硬生生地打压了。
二、触动心灵的转变在疯狂英语的夏令营活动流程中，有五级通关测试一项，每次过关的同学将得到一个手环以示鼓励。
我暗自想着，终于有机会整你们了！于是，我采取“鸡蛋里面挑骨头”的策略，第一次测试，学生统统没有过关。
两次、三次、四次、五次……我窃喜。
有一个男生，有一处发音问题，是受方言影响，我坚决不给他手环。
就这样，一次不过两次，两次不过三次，三次不过四次……直到第25次，看着他始终坚毅的神情，我怔住了。

英语辅导志愿者活动心得
选择参与华大学业辅导的志愿活动，是我上一学年做的正确的决定之一。
作为一名英语辅导志愿者，虽然仅仅只有一个学期，但是我收获颇多，可以总结为实践、学习、友谊这三个关键词。
第一个关键词是实践。
作为一位英语专业的免费师范生，在不久的两年之后就要开始真正的教学工作，在大学期间更应该积极参与能够锻炼自己教学技能的活动。
在英语辅导的志愿服务活动中，我辅导的对象是一名同为大二的化学专业的女生，辅导的内容是大学英语六级的阅读。
在第一次辅导之前，我十分紧张，害怕自己的专业知识不足而无法满足这名女生的学习要求。
于是在辅导之前，我搜集了许多材料，并进行了非常仔细的分析、备课，还特地买了备课本写了教案。
在辅导的过程中，她十分友好，也非常配合我的教学，这让我的紧张与不安消除了不少。
我也尝试用不同的教学方法来提高她的学习效率。
记得有一次，在辅导六级完形填空的过程中，我发现她似乎在打瞌睡，之前与她交流过，她看见很多不懂的单词阅读就看不下去，于是我想，我分析完单词之后，让她自己口头来进行翻译文章，遇到不会的单词、复杂的句式我再来慢慢引导她，或许这样她的学习效率会提高。
后来，我很欣慰看到，她确实比之前的投入度更高了，也逐渐。
