根据河南省国有煤矿生产矿井和地面厂（处）《安全质量标准化标准及考核评级办法》规定以及《“五优”矿井创建标准及考核评级办法（试行）》，进一步提升我矿质量标准化的整体水平，狠抓规范管理，规范操作提高技术素质，创建精品工程，不断促进质量标准化的全面健康发展，确保我矿安全质量标准化工作的顺利开展。

三、职责划分：组长是矿井安全质量标准化的总负责人，副组长对分管单位的安全质量标准化达标工作总负责；各单位是安全质量标准化的责任主体，单位负责人对本单位各专业的安全质量标准化工作负责；科室负责相关专业安全质量化的监督、检查和指导。
1、安全科是安全质量标准化各专业内部检查结果汇总，上报和上级安全质量标准化检查的牵头以及奖罚的落实单位，负责文明施工责任区的划分单位。
2、生产技术科是采煤、掘进、灾害防治质量标准化的规划、设计、监督、检查、验收和指导单位，是相关专业安全质量标准化的管理责任主体，对相关专业的安全质量标准化达标负责。
3、机电科是全矿机电、运输安全质量标准化的规划、设计、监督、检查、验收和指导单位，是相关专业安全质量标准化的管理责任主体，对相关专业的安全质量标准化达标负责。
