试验电子天平操作规程
1.首次使用前,应将天平放在操作台上,然后调平底座,天平接上电源电缆,插入220V电源,
2.打开电源开关,显示灯全亮:“8.8.8.8.8.8.”约2秒钟后,显示MB-51001天平型号约2秒钟后,显示“……”待天平稳定后,显示“0.0”进入秤量模式;
3.开机预热稳定后,显示秤量模式“0.0”;
4.将容器放在秤盘上,天平显示容器质量;
5.按住“TARECEL”键后,显示“0.0”,即已去掉皮量。

6.将被秤物体放在容器中,即显示被秤物的重量,待显示器左边“.”熄灭后,即表示秤量已稳定,即可读数;
7.皮重和被秤物质量之和不得超过秤量范围,若秤重不准确,按照使用说明对天平进行校准。

8.使用完毕后,应将天平表面粘着的附着物擦拭
干净,关闭电源开关,拔下电源线。

台秤标准操作规程
1、目的:使台秤的操作规范化、保证计量的准确可靠及台秤的使用寿命。

2、范围:本规程适用于TGT-50型、TGT-100型、TGT-500型台秤的标准操作。

3、责任:动力车间、车间负责人、操作人员对本标准的实施负责。

4、程序:
4.1 台秤应放在坚实、平坦的地面上。

四轮要切实着地,校好水平,承重板的四个刀承与四个承重刀子均应接触良好,承重板要保持平稳。

4.2 清除承重板上的灰尘与脏物,调整空秤平衡,检查计量杠杆的摆幅是否正常(上下摆动均匀)。

若发现跳动或摆幅不正常时,须进行认真检查与调修,在未排除这些毛病之前,应停止使用。

4.3 被秤量的物体的质量若在该台秤最大秤量的5%~100%范围内(即TGT—50型为:2.5~50kg、TGT—100型为:5~100kg、TGT—500型为:25~500 kg以内),才允许在该台秤上秤量,范围以外的物体,不应在台秤上秤量,以免损坏台秤或不准确。

4.4 加减重物时,必须先将计量杠杆的制动器关好,以免计量杠杆因受到剧烈震动而产生误差。

要小心轻放重物,不得用力撞击承重板;重物最好放在承重板中央、重物和承重板不得与台秤外的其它东西接触,以免检查影响秤量的准确。

4.5 台秤在连续使用数次后或移动地方后,应重新检查空秤是否与原来的平衡位置一致,若不一致时应进行调整。

调好后方可使用。

4.6 台秤使用后必须关住制动器,取下增铊,将游铊移至零点处。

4.7 台秤每年校验一次,须在有效期内使用。

设备及仪器技术说明1.机车轴承动态检测系统简介机车轴承动态检测系统主要包括轴承检测台和检测仪器两部分。

系统主要包括:JL-501机车轴承诊断台;JL-302数据采集器;台式微机;NBCWIN轴承检测软件。

如图1所示。

图1 机车轴承检测系统轴承动态检测系统可以检测工厂新造轴承、大修及中修解体后的轴承。

利用本项动态检测技术可以判断:新轴承是否合格;旧轴承是否可继续使用;大修或选配后的轴承是否合格。

1.1 JL-501轴承检测台检测轴承的动态特性是通过研究其振动信号进行的,因而轴承必须处于运转状态,而且不受其它振动的影响。

为了准确获得单个轴承的振动信号,我们专门研制了JL—501机车轴承诊断台,它带动轴承转动,并能施加径向负荷。

为避免诊断台自身的振动对检测结果的影响,我们严格控制台子自身的振动必须小于0.02g,与轴承的振动信号相比小于1%。

1.1.1 可检测的轴承内燃、电力机车牵引电动机轴承(内燃机车为输出端轴承)、轴箱轴承、内燃机车主发电机轴承;用户要求的其它轴承(需要换不同的芯套)。

1.1.2 可检测的轴承的界限尺寸外圈外径≤340mm, 宽度≤220mm,内圈内径≥120mm。

1.1.3结构试验台:驱动力源为4kW调速电机,通过皮带轮带动驱动轴;驱动轴由滑动轴承支承,该支承为油液润滑,液压站供油。

驱动轴一端悬臂,被检轴承固定于悬臂端,通过不同外径尺寸的芯套配合,由上移式油压活塞顶住轴承外圈,同时施加径向载荷,载荷由100~1000kg连续可调;驱动轴同轴度≯0.1mm;驱动轴转速200~1000r/min连续可调;液压系统额定压强6.3MPa,流量25L/min,压强连续可调;油缸活塞直径φ63mm,行程≯70mm。

1.1.4 外形尺寸:长×宽×高=1662mm×575mm×1464mm1.1.5 净重:约为600kg1.2 JL-302检测仪器检测仪器是由微机和专用数据采集器两部分组成。

当对受保护的功能操作时,控制器要求输入密码,主屏幕显示闪烁的 “――――――”,副屏幕显示提示“X. PASS”,X 是 0~8 之间的一个数(含 义参阅第 11 章 密码维护介绍),用数字键 0 ~ 9 输入标定密码,输入任 何数字,均显示“8”,输入完成后,按 Enter 键确认,如果输入密码错误,主 显示会提示两排闪烁的横线;再次输入并确认错误的密码后,提示三排闪烁 的横线;密码的输入只提供三次机会,如果都不正确,则退出。

零点标定:进入零点标定状态后,仪表的主屏幕显示当前传感器输入的毫伏信号, 副屏显示提示信息“SEt. ZEro”。此时应当保证计量斗中无任何东西,待主屏幕 显示的数据稳定后,按 Enter 键确认零点,如不想更改以前标定的零点,可直接 按 Esc 键,仪表将进入到增益标定状态。
