的家庭住所很少有安装智能家居的，顾虑的就是价位问题。此外，智能家居产品操作不够人性化，并不是电影里面看到的手一挥就能打开所有设备，因而造成很多用户的体验感不好，均反应智能家居的操作非常复杂，不好用。

最为重要的一点就是，目前国内市场上存在的智能家居产品鱼龙混杂，没有一个统一的生产标准。因此消费者花了大价钱购买和安装了智能家居，但是使用起来确实非常吃力的。尽管有一些国外的大牌，产品质量不错，但是进入中国的市场，没有考虑到中国小区和美国小区的差别，安装起来不合适。
