该我了，我也有模有样地学着外婆的样子，“行云流水”地把肉给处理好了，虽然是有的厚，有的薄。
阻挡我的第二把火就是煎肉片。
我经常烤肉片，但从未煎过肉片。
“初生牛犊不怕虎”的我决定尝试一下。
刚放进肉片，巨大的“嗞啦”声让我立刻离锅子远远的，我鼓足勇气重新靠近了锅子，可是老天好像专门对付我一样，我一靠近，雨点般的油就向我袭来，溅得我不时“啊呀”地叫。
不过很快我就想出了一个“良策”——盖锅盖。
这样，无论油多么调皮，也不会跳出来了。
阻挡火焰之三：煮饭。
拌饭那就得有饭，所以煮饭是关键。
我请来专家——外婆，让她教我煮饭。
“煮饭应先淘米。
”说着，她把米用水洗了几遍，又泡了一会儿，“淘米水最有营养，可以用来浇花。
”外婆边教边说着。
淘完米，她又加了适量的水放入电饭煲，不慌不忙地按下“米饭”键，四十分钟后，香软弹滑的大米便横空出世了。
最后我把所有配料一股脑地倒进饭锅里，搅拌均匀，香喷喷的“元元”牌韩式拌饭就做好了。
