After heat shrink, the adhesive can be used for Connector Insulation, Protection & Sealing.Here is a story about the application for Aluminum Condenser.We have a customer in Denmark who focuses on Aluminum Condenser for almost 17 years. They produce Micro channel condenser coils in Aluminum, used in air condition units. And on the connections of the coil, they braze a copper tube.In order to protect the aluminum/copper connection from the environment, they cover it with heat shrink.The connection is crooked, normal heat shrink tube can’t sealing it very well.Even with DSG DERAY-IHKT, also an adhesive lined heat shrink tube. The adhesive can only stick the straight part. After several days, the heat shrink tube will drop. The Connection damaged after the condenser worked (Above photo).With Volsun® SBRS series, the connection keeps safety.Below photo was taken after engineer cut our tube.It’s not easy to get approval from their Tech Dept, even after we provide the UV Test report.Engineer test my sample together with Canusa®.Be under the blazing sun for quite a long time, Volsun® works very well.Finally, they trust Volsun® SBRS series is ideal for the condenser connections. See your FUSION dealer for more information.You should follow the instructions provided with the remote control to connect the LED wires from the speakers to the remote control receiver module and to connect the receiver module to power.If you choose not to install the remote control, you can set the static color of the LEDs by connecting the colored LED wires directly to the power source (Connecting the LED Wires,page 2).Connecting the LED WiresIf you do not install the recommended remote control, you can set the static color of the LEDs by connecting the colored LED wires to the negative (-) terminal of a 12 Vdc power source. You can splice the negative (-) wire to multiple LED wires to customize the LED color and tone. You must connect the black LED wire to the positive (+) terminal of the same power source to complete the circuit.You should make all wiring connections using solder and heat-shrink tubing (not included).You should use 20 AWG (0.5 mm2) or thicker wire to connect the LEDs to the battery.You must connect the positive (+) wire for all of the speaker LEDs to a 3 A fuse near the power-source. LED energy-saving lamps are high-brightness white LED light source, with high luminous efficiency, low power consumption, long service life. During research and Development of Panel LED color temperature lamp,they found that panels often meets the wire with high temperature It will cause fuse problem.
