作为一名小学英语教师，让每一个学生对英语感兴趣，能学好英语是英语老师的渴望。
我们每位英语教师至少都带有三个教学班，在这种情况下，小组合作显得尤为重要，而且在小学英语课堂教学中最适合实施“小组合作”式的教学模式，其实在课堂教学中我们经常要让学生进行Pairwork（2个人），Groupwork （6个人）等形式的小组合作，它既能培养孩子的学习兴趣，又能最大限度的减轻教师的教学负担，我们何乐而不为呢！
