2018－2019年高三英语复习备考计划
一、总体思路及目标
根据《高中英语课程标准》和《考试大纲》，针对学生的实际，认真研究、总结前几届经验教训，充分依靠本组教师的集体力量，扎扎实实地做好各项常规工作，密切关注2019年的高考动向，及时采取应对策略，认真研究教学方法，优化教学过程。通过各种有效活动，帮助学生构建完整清晰的知识网络；通过强化训练，提高学生综合语言运用能力；努力提高学生的综合素质和解题技巧，以适应新的高考形式和要求。
二、教学情况分析
1教师情况：本届高三英语老师有5人，五位科任均为本科毕业，均有多年高三毕业班的教学经验。
2学生情况：本届高三年级学生英语基础相当差，学习习惯也不好，且整体学生不重视英语，所以在对学生全面强化督促的同时，如何抓好基础，强化针对性，有的放矢提高讲和练的方法及效益，成为专项与整体复习中的一大挑战。
三、具体方法及措施
1、切实抓好常规教学，且要求老师们在教学中一定要落到实处。
2、狠抓“两基”教学，侧重基础知识的积累，有针对性地去提高学生的应试能力。
3、平时加强对学生的听说训练，将早读课定为听说训练时间。
4、加强集体备课，务求实效，不走过场。
5、加强信息交流，及时反馈教学信息，紧紧把握高考动态。
6、每隔一周针对短期复习内容进行一次模拟考试，针对学生考试情况进行小结并且及时查缺补漏。
7、本届高三一定要吸取以前的经验教训，尽早抓好听、读、写的能力培养，加强考练结合，切实提高学生的综合运用能力。
8、加强对考纲的研究，切实把握住命题的特点与规律，难易的程度，用以指导课堂教学。
四、复习安排
复习期间务必把握高考命题形式和难度，使教学具有针对性。抓紧时间完成教学任务，2018年8月上旬到2019年2月上旬前完成一轮复习，2019年4月下旬前完成二轮复习。2019年5月到高考前第三轮复习。
