“演讲是一种效率不高的沟通，”publicwords公司总裁、《相信我：建立真实感和个人魅力的四个步骤》（trustme:fourstepstoauthenticityandcharisma）一书的作者尼克·摩根（nickmorgan）表示。
“对于听到的东西，人们通常只能记住一小部分，所以要专注于一个话题，并保持简单。
”引用趣闻轶事。
“人们在写演讲稿时总是绞尽脑汁，而其实他们所要做的不过是找到想要传达的信息和三个可以进行佐证的好故事罢了，”哥伦比亚大学教授、演讲展示及培训公司ovid总裁简·普拉格（janepraeger）表示，“因为引用了你亲身经历的事情，你就可以真心实意地进行讲述，这种演讲往往更容易。

人们常常会犯这样的错误：以感谢介绍人或表达身在此处的荣幸感作为开场白。

如果你清楚你所要演讲的内容——演讲应该专注于一个话题——你应该很容易就确定开场白。
直接讲述故事，让你的听众知道你所要演讲的主要内容。
使用令你看起来自然的肢体语言。
如果你显示出紧张迹象，如双臂交叉，或双手交叠于腹部之前，听众将感觉到你的紧张情绪，将对你所要传达的信息抱有成见。
“你不得不假装你相当享受这一过程，对听众抱有一种开放的态度，这样他们才能享受聆听演讲的过程，也同样对你抱有开放态度，”摩根表示，“公共演讲的成功与否在于激情和情感。
如果你投入其中，那么听众也就会投入其中。
”站直身体。
无论你在舞台上走来走去，还是站在讲台后面，努力保持良好的体态。
“要感觉好像上面有一根线吊着你的头，”普拉格表示。
口齿要清楚，无论你原来的说话风格如何。
“真实非常重要，”普拉格说，“你不可能成为另外一个人。
从另一个方面来说，你可以成为最好的自己。
如果你专注于所要演讲的内容，温和并不会减弱演讲的力度。
激情、投入和信念对演讲来说非常重要，无论你语调温和与否，都能达到这些效果。
无论多少种演讲风格都会成功。
”事先练习演讲。
“在淋浴时练习演讲或者是在脑海中练习的效果要好于在镜子前练习的效果，后者比较容易令人分心，”普拉格说，“不过你还是需要出声练习，最好能有一小群观众。
”另外，练习不要使用“呃”、“所以”、“比如”之类的词语。
与全场交流。
在演讲开始前尝试与听众交流，这样的话，你在演讲时就能专注在几张友好的面孔上，特别是在你紧张的时候。
想象你面前的听众身处一个坐标图中，“如果你在象限一和一名听众有友好的眼神交流，那么坐在这个人左边的所有人都会以为你在跟他们交流，”普拉格表示，“然后，在象限二中也如法炮制。

还是正视现实摆正心态吧！骑上自已那辆谁也不会想去偷的五锈俱全的自行车，在车子零件吱吱呀呀的陪伴下，脚下用力向前骑去。
即便是这样劲头被心里渴望鼓起十足，竞然骑过了头，在一位慈祥笑容可掬的大姐指点下，向回转个弯来到市委党校大门口。

随手把车销到校门外栏杆上。
拿出电话给市作协的赵小姐（听声音很清纯干净的小女生，不知道长的是否和声音一样动人，看客不要骂啊，姜昆讲话活动一下心眼与色无关哟。
）电话里传来清脆的声音，你在礼堂门口灯笼下站着吧，我一会把票给你送过去。
站着一排高高的大红灯笼下，口袋里的手机响了，看着前面一位扎着两个小辫的带眼镜的小姑娘拿着手机，急忙跑过去，判断正确，票到手进门，门口处两位小伙子，在我票上划了个数字104并记在一张纸上完成了入门登记。
怀着兴奋和好奇略巡视一下门里的环境，发现右手边两个人正向外摆包装上印着”七粮酒“字样的白酒。
正面是两叁个人站在一叠叠书后，有一张纸板立在面前的桌上，上面写着签字售书，下面写着流程---先买书，然后等演讲结束后，蒙教授签字并合影留念。
心里有点感觉不太妙，这是什么演讲啊？这不是变相的促销吗？!当下流行的一句口号：文化搭台经济唱戏。
走进会场，找个中排的位置坐下来，拿出手机玩着中国相棋，听着主持人老生常谈的毫无激情的套话，噢，原来是什么读书节开幕式的继续。
耐着性子听完主持人长篇大论的开场白后，公布了连听都没听过的十余位市读书辅导员名字，只知道这十几个人都是不大不小的官儿，够不上什么文化”宿老“”大师“什么的。
