位于大温哥华地区的列治文奥林匹克速滑馆是全球最大的速滑场馆——她充分展示了加拿大 木的精巧和独出心裁。
它的一大特点就是定制的“木浪结构面板”屋顶系统,是北美地区净跨度最大的屋顶,覆 面积达到6.5英亩,由拱形胶合梁和预制的统一木浪面板所构成。 列治文速滑馆体现了加拿大别具一格的创新能力、设计和建筑部门的技术能力,同时展现 了木材的美观列治文速滑馆是由二千四百立方米的云杉-松木-冷杉规格材、一万九千4×8 花旗胶合板和二千四百立方米花旗松胶合材组成的胶合梁,结合七十立方米黄柏胶合柱而成。 这幢建筑将木材、玻璃和钢材结合起来使用。它的最突出的特色,是面积为6.5英亩的曲面屋 顶,使用了来自不列颠哥伦比亚省的经过杀虫剂处理的松木。

木栈道材料说明

设计说明:1.设计规范本项目的设计应符合中华人民共和国有关部门颁布的规范中的要求。

结构设计和工程验收应符合下列有关规范的规定:《建筑结构荷载规范》(GB50009-2001)《木结构设计规范》(GB50005-2003)《木结构工程施工质量验收规范》(GB50206-2002)《防腐木材的使用分类和要求》(L Y/T1635-2005、LY/T1636-2005)对于规范中规定的强制性条款,必须严格遵循。

对于现行国家规范或标准中目前无规定的有关产品,供货商应提供有关资料,证明其产品符合相关的国际标准的有关要求。

2.材料1)木材:本工程采用美国南方松防腐材材质等级地面板表面不得有刻痕。

材质等级应符合《木结构设计规范》(GB50005-2003)中IIC或IIC 级以上的材料要求。

用作搁栅和梁的规格材的材质等级应符合《木结构设计规范》(GB50005-2003)中IIC或IIC 级以上的材料要求。

用作柱的方木应符合《木结构设计规范》(GB50005-2003)中承重方木材质等级IIIa或IIIa 级以上要求。

截面尺寸除方木以外,规格材的尺寸应符合《木结构设计规范》(GB50005-2003)中附录N的有关规定。

含水率除用作柱的方木,其它所有木材在安装时的含水率不得超过19%。

2)防腐处理:美国南方松防腐材必须采用加压防腐处理。

防腐剂的保持量应按照《木结构工程施工质量验收规范》(GB50206-2002)或《防腐木材的使用分类和要求》(L Y/T1635-2005、L Y/T1636-2005)中的规定或美国木材防腐协会之标准(AWPA-American Wood-Preserver’s Association)。

美国南方松防腐材(Southern Yellow Pine-Pressure Treated)使用CCA或ACQ化学药剂加压防腐处理,用于地面以上的地面板、搁栅和梁的药剂含量应为CCA或ACQ 0.25或以上。

美国南方松
加压防腐处理南方松,全部生产过程受到精细监控。

在压力的作用下,密闭的压力罐将水溶性防腐剂压入木材的细胞中,化学反应将防腐剂和木材纤维化合形成实际不可溶解的混合物。

经过60年的可溶出性测试已经证明化合后混合物是不可溶解的。

当防腐材从压力罐中取出时,因为防腐剂与木纤维进行了化学固化,防腐剂可以牢固地固着在木纤维上。

经过防腐处理的南方松,不影响其加工性能。

即使暴露在风雨中或与地面接触或用在高温地区也不易腐坏。

经加压处理后的南方松可用于:甲板、天井、木板码头、围墙、户外家具、露台、散步道、桥梁、底板、门店招牌、花盆、长凳、体育馆的座位、台基、游戏室、娱乐设施、储藏库、格子棚、走廊、台阶、过山车、栏杆、路标、隔音栏、护土墙、防水壁
高强度:在所有的针叶材当中,南方松木的设计价值最高。

赢得了“世界最佳结构树种”的美誉。

耐用性:南方松木经久耐用。

是制造木板道路、露台及室外地板的理想材料。

干燥度:南方松木含水率正常限定在19%以下。

标有“KD19”的木材,最高含水率为19%。

标有“KD15”则表示含水率为15%。

握钉力:在所有针叶材中,南方松木的握钉力功能最强。

经烘干或风干后,南方松木的握钉力得以增强。

易防腐处理:因其独特的分子结构,防腐剂容易透入木材内部,再经过一定时期的干燥固着后,防腐剂有效成分固定在木材组织中,不流失,长效的保持处理材防腐、防虫等功效。

木材经严格防腐处理后,并使用在相应规定的环境,能延长其使用寿命3~5倍。
