【学习内容】 1.掌握词汇：president ,provide 接触词汇：council , organization2.掌握短语：the student council, provide… for ,in the end ,reach agreement【学习重难点】1.掌握本课所学词汇和短语.2.掌握并列连词and 的用法【使用说明与学法指导】1.课前用10分钟时间预习文本（至少两遍包括小字部分）用红笔勾画出重难点，用蓝笔标出疑点，独立认真完成学案自主学习部分，各组学科长课前检查，课堂报告老师。
2.课上各学科小组长组织好本组同学，分工明确，高效的实行讨论、展示、点评。
提醒同学在听讲时用双色笔迅速地补充完善自己的学案，当堂巩固和落实。
3.课后学科长迅速收齐学案，检查都完成后交给老师批阅，阅完后下发，学案要实行有序保存，以备复习。

7.家长监督学生完成作业，关注学生的学习进度，鼓励学生积极参与课堂活动，提高英语学习兴趣。
