环境限用物质测试报告要求1.测试报告來源建议为上海检验检疫局机电中心、CTI、SGS、Intertek、TUV、BV、UL等广达认可之检测机构;若非上述实验室之报告,请一并提供该实验室ISO/IEC 17025或当地政府机关实验室认证之证书(核发证书的认证机构必须为ILCA, 如:TAF-CNLA、CNAS, etc.)、以及认证范围说明。
2.测试报告内容应包含下列信息:(1~9为必要项目;10, 11为建议项目)(1)广达测试报告汇总表(Covering letter of material testing reports)(2)检测单位名称及地址(3)报告编号(4)报告日期(5)实验室主管签章(6)测试样品叙述(型号、批号或制造日期)(7)样品拆分后之零组件或材料组成清单(部品名称、材料類别或外观描述)(8)检测方法、测试仪器和方法侦测极限(Method Detection Limit, MDL)(9)检测物质及测试结果(10)前处理流程及测试步骤(11)样品外观及其各测试部位片3.测试报告必须可充份展现该测试样品对RoHS的符合性;即测试报告应明确表示出该产品各部「均质材料」[1]之RoHS管制物质的分析结果。
4.为避免样品混合测试造成测试结果失真的风险,广达不接受混合测试之结果。
因此,除测试样品体积小于4mm3时,不需进行机械拆分[2],可直接进行检测外,其他样品则必须先拆分为「均质材料」后,再行检测。
5.报告内容需保持页面整洁、文字及照片清晰可辨。
6. 报告内容不得擅自修改及伪造。
7. 测试日期为2007年7月1日后之报告为有效。
当产品之制造地、制程、原材料成分或组装工法等有变更时,即须更新测试报告并通知广达。
8. 测试样品之机械拆分原则,请參照中国国家标准化管理委员会「电子电器产品中有害物质检测产品拆分通用要求」或日本JGPSSI「零件、材料中含有化学物质调查說明书」之内容办理。
9.测试方式之要求:“ILCA MRA(国际实验室认证联盟相互承认办法)”签署会员国的实验室认证机构所核发之ISO 17025认证证书之实验室之测试报告中所引述的测试方法, 广达计算机皆可接受。
