俄语中国际贸易术语EXW(工厂交货) 是Ex Works的缩写, 即Франко—завод (...в обсловленном пункте),含义为卖方工厂地交货。
这种合同下卖方在其所在处所将货物提供给买方时,即履行了交货义务。
除非另有约定,卖方不负责将货物装上买方准备的交通工具,也不负责出口清关,买方负担自卖方处所提取货物运至目的地的一切费用和风险。
FCA (货交承运人) 是Free Carrier的缩写, 即Свободноуперевозчика (...в обсловленномпункте), 含义为货交承运人,指卖方在指定地点将经出口清关的货物交给买方指定的承运人监管时, 即履行了交货义务。
FAS (装运港船边交货) 源自英文Free Alongside Ship,即Свободновдоль борта судна (...в указанном порту отгрузки),俄文缩写为ФАС, 又译为“船边交货价格”或“靠岸价格”,国际贸易中以卖方将货物运至启运港安放在买方自派或指定的运载工具旁边为条件的价格。
采用船边交货价格时, 卖方应负担将货物运到船边为止的一切费用和风险。
FOB (装运港船上交货) 源自英文Free On Board , 即Свободно напорту (...в указанном портуотгрузки),俄文缩写为ФОБ,又译为“船上交货价格”或“离岸价格”,国际贸易中以卖方将货物装上运输工具为条件的价格。
按照这种价格,卖方须负责在合同规定的港口以及规定的期限内将货物装上买方自派或指定的运输工具,向买方提供货运单据,缴纳出口税,承担货物装上运输工具以前的一切费用和风险。
买方须负责租订运输工具和支付运费,缴纳进口税,接受货运单据和支付货款,承担货物装上运输工具以后的一切费用和风险。
