一、活动名称：
广西艺术学院英语口语交流会
二、活动目的：
新世纪多元文化的到来，英语已不再是“外语”，为了在学院内营造一个良好的英语学习氛围，促进学院的学风建设，让生加对英语喜爱，使大家在即将到来的四级考试中有所准备，提高通过率，并让大家不再为无法说一口流利的英语二苦恼，从而提高学习英语的积极性，以及提高同学们的整体英语水平。
三、活动背景：
英语的学习是一个长期而循序渐进的过程，同学们对于怎么学习英语和提高英语，特别是针对四六级的考试、真实地与外国友人进行交流与探讨、深入了解西方文化背景、提高口语、突破口语和对于英语演讲能力的提升等这些问题都希望并有待于进一步的了解。

1.活动开始前10分钟成员已经入场就座，分组就座。
2.交流会开始，主持人致开场白，宣布此次经验交流会正式开始，并对应邀的相思湖外研社杯英语演讲比赛获奖同学们进行简单介绍。

4.我画你猜
活动规则是：继续做一个小游戏，你画我猜，由林国权手绘，大家猜猜这是什么，并且用英语答对，就获胜送出精美奖品。
5.甲乙辩论
现场所有人除了主持人之外，分成甲乙两组，就当代来说分别对手机的利弊进行辩论。
先讨论再派代表在黑板上用英语写出利和弊。
6.分组用英语进行交流
几个同学围成几个小组，用英语交流日常生活，学习之类的问题。

十、具体安排：
（一）宣传活动通过宣传板和海报对本次活动进行宣传，号召成员前来参加。
利用社团会宣传到各个英协成员，使学院更多成员参加到本次活动！
（二）准备工作
（1）联系人员：3月25号之前联系英语协会有丰富经验的应邀的相思湖外研社杯英语演讲比赛获奖同学们，确定人选，排出发言顺序。
（2）安排人员：活动前一周安排主持人，主持人需要与应邀的相思湖外研社杯英语演讲比赛获奖同学们取得联系，商量具体协调问题，并且准备好主持词。
给各干事安排活动当天具体工作任务；
（3）会场秩序维护：分配会场负责人维持会场纪律。
（4）活动备品：活动前购买好交流会所需的物品与奖品如：一次性纸杯，饮料，水果，糖。
（5）会场布置：活动当天下午布置会场，划分各专业座位区域，调试音响；在宣传工作进行的同时，我们积极准备相关场地和邀请嘉宾及主持人，在学院党总支、院团委的大力支持下，我们在活动开展的前将顺利完成基本准备工作。
