一·执行总结
在当前全国高校关于素质教育、创新能力大讨论的背景下。

我们以”创新””创业”为指针, 充分利用资料进行市场分析、
专家咨询、以及数学模型等方法, 开展调查研究, 制作出本参赛项目”大学生信息服务周报报社创业计划书”。

据我们前不久对部分大学生进行的一次调查表明: 她们对如今获得的教育就业信息和进行的思想文化交流渠道深感不满, 她们疾呼: 我们不但需要竞争, 更渴求交流和引导; 不但需要信息, 更渴求便捷获得可靠完整的信息。

鉴于此, 作为满怀激情和抱负的大学生,我决定联合高校创办一份属于我们自己的报纸。

”大学生信息服务周报”立足高校, 采用借力思想, 充分使高校物质资产、人力、信息资源为我所用, 精心经营好”信息服务报”, 保证服务质量, 努力做到使我们报业服务成为集文化交流和丰富信息为一体, 集个性化与特色化为一身的高品质服务。

让其成为高校之间, 知识青年之间, 高校和社会之间的桥梁与纽带。

构筑高校桥梁, 携手追求人生 ---- 是我们的服务理念。

适时而生, 应需而设 ---- 是我们服务的宗旨。

信息服务周报, 贴近大学生的生活、学习、交流需求, 实用性和指导性强, 内容多样化和个性化。

高校信息资源共享, 读者灵活自主选择。

本创业计划是由济宁师范专科学校发起并诚邀全国百所高校加盟, 筹建”0.618报业股份有限公司”联合办报。

本公司将先在山东省内各综合性大学建立分社, 树立品牌后, 将向全国高校推广”特许经营权”或建立”记者站”、”发行站”。

并以香港、澳门为中介向世界大学进军。

总公司与各分社采取”联邦分权式”的管理机制, 分社内部采取”学习、交流型”的领导方式。

本报将采用”目标管理、分社竞争、集体决策、三级审核”的制度来保证办报质量。

注重个人品牌( 人品+性格+能力) 。

吸引优秀人才加盟, 不断完善和创新, 使我们有信心对顾客承诺: 少量的付出, 即可获得高附加值的回报!
当前, 我们所需资金将采用高校师生集资募股方式取得。

公司拟采取功能虚拟方式, 把固定资产降到最低, 我们的战略目标是5年内成为报业集团, 内成为综合型、公共型的集团公司。

等时机成熟将创立大学创业投资基金, 投资于大学生获奖的创业书和高校科研项目。

为我们投资资本的退出和转行提供了多种渠道。

据财务预测, 本公司未来五年现金流净现值4250万元, 是初期投资额的71.83倍多,内部报酬率为32.58%, 一年内即可收回投资
额。

即使未来现金流有较大幅度的下降, 投资者依然可获得可观的回报, 可见此项目是一项非常有价值的投资。
