五年级下册英语教学设计-Unit 4 Seeing the doctor period 1-译林版三起课程概述这节课是五年级下册英语 Unit 4 Seeing the doctor 的第一课，本节课的主题是“Going to see the doctor”，主要目的是让学生能够熟悉并掌握与看病相关的英语表达方式。
本节课的授课时间为45分钟。
教学目标1.学习并掌握单词“headache”、“stomachache”、“toothache”、“fever”、“cold”、“cough”、“sneeze”、“take medicine”、“go to the doctor”等常见与看病相关的单词。
2.掌握表示听取医生建议的常见句型，如“What should I do？”、“What should I take？”、“How many pills should I take？”等。
3.能通过练习熟悉并掌握本节课所学内容，提高听、说、读、写的能力，为下一课的进一步学习打下基础。
教学重难点1.学生比较容易混淆词汇，如“cold”和“cough”等，需要加强区别和记忆。
2.行文表达习惯的不同，如“stomachache”和“toothache”的组合，需要加强语境练习。

教学过程1. lead-in通过观看PPT上的图片、视频等方式，让学生通过识别、唤起图片、情境等方式进入本节课学习环节。

此部分我通过让学生看卡通选择，使学生整体感知课文，了解文章内容和脉络，为进一步阅读作好铺垫，打好基础。
此部分是分段阅读，通过观察苏海和麦克场景对话，呈现细节问题，让学生寻找答案，提高学生阅读能力、细节处理能力。
精阅环节的设计是三步阅读中最重要的部分，是阅读的核心环节，教师让学生阅读中划出关键词句，很好地训练学生scanning的能力，并在讲解中操练了句型，解决了生词、词组，能够切实提高阅读能力。
