我记得我们家乐天的派小的时候，大概两三岁，我爱人买了汉语拼音和数字（0-100）的挂图，挂在几面墙上。
宝宝走来走去，看到这些挂图，有时会问这是什么、那是什么。
我们呢，本来都是老师（其实不是老师应该也都认识，这些都是基础呀是不是），这些东西很熟悉的，宝宝问，我们就回答，有时还会多教他几个。
就这样，点点滴滴，我们大宝在上学前就学会了所有的汉语拼音和数字。
更有意思的是，我发现他是按照图形位置来记数字的，从而后来教他数字的加减，他也是按照图形上的位置，比如35在第四行中间，减去8，他就默念35-8，一边回想从35这个位置往回数8应该是几。
用这种有趣的方法，他还真是能算出来，极少出错。
从上面我儿子的实际例子来看，卡片、图片，尤其是图文并茂、简单扼要、生动活泼、色彩鲜艳、构图精美的那种，对于小朋友的学习来说实在是助益极大的。
可以说，有了这样的材料，基本上低幼、儿童、少儿阶段的学习就能事半功倍了！我们的儿童、少儿英语教学，因为是学习一种外语，缺乏语言环境，图文并茂、以图带文的卡片就显得尤为重要。
