英语作文notice通知歌曲比赛全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1Song Competition Notice!Hey everyone! Are you ready for the most exciting event of the year? The annual School Song Competition is just around the corner, and you won't want to miss it!For those of you who are new to our school, let me tell you all about this amazing event. Every year, students from each grade get to form teams and perform their favorite songs on stage. It's a night filled with music, laughter, and loads of fun!Last year's competition was incredible. My friends and I were in awe of the talented performers from the higher grades. The fifth-graders did an amazing rendition of "Uptown Funk" by Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars. Their dance moves were on point, and they had the whole audience grooving along. And who could forget the fourth-graders' heartwarming performance of "You'll Be in My Heart" from the movie Tarzan? It was so touching that even some of the teachers had tears in their eyes! This year, my friends and I are determined to join the competition too. We've been practicing our favorite songs during recess and after school. We're thinking of performing either "Shake It Off" by Taylor Swift or "Can't Stop the Feeling" by Justin Timberlake. They're both super catchy and fun to dance to!But we're not just in it for fun. Oh no, we're in it to win it! The winning team gets to perform their song at the end-of-year assembly, and they also receive a special trophy. Last year's winners, the fifth-graders, got to keep the trophy in their classroom until the next competition. Can you imagine how cool it would be to have that shiny trophy sitting in our classroom all year long? So, if you love singing, dancing, or just having a blast with your friends, you've got to sign up for the Song Competition. The sign-up sheets will be available in the school office starting next week. Just grab a few of your buddies, pick a song, and get ready to rock the stage! But wait, there's more! This year, we're introducing a special category for solo performances. That's right, if you're brave enough to take the stage all by yourself, you could win anextra-special prize. I heard a rumor that the winner might even get to record their song in a real studio! How cool is that? One thing's for sure, though – we're all going to have a blast. Even if you're not performing, you can still join in the fun by cheering on your friends and dancing along in the audience. And don't forget to wear your craziest, most colorful outfits to show your school spirit! So mark your calendars, everyone! The School Song Competition is happening on [insert date] in the evening. Get ready for a night filled with music, laughter, and memories that will last a lifetime.See you there![Your Name][Grade Level]篇2The Biggest Song Contest Ever!Hi everyone! This is Timmy, the host of the Biggest Song Contest our school has ever seen! I'm here to tell you all about the super exciting singing competition we're having. Get ready because this is going to be the most fun event of the whole year!First off, what exactly is this song contest? Well, it's a chance for all you talented singers to show off your amazing voices. You can sing any song you want, whether it's your favorite pop hit or a cool rock anthem. You can even write your own original song if you're feeling creative! The contest will be held right here at Oakwood Elementary on Saturday, June 10th. The whole school is going to be there to cheer everyone on. Your families can come too! We're going to have a huge stage set up in the gym with bright lights and a professional sound system. It's going to look and sound just like a real concert! Now, I know what you might be thinking - "But Timmy, I'm too shy to sing in front of a big crowd like that!" Don't worry, I felt the same way at first. But singing on stage is so much fun once you get over those nervous jitters. All your friends and teachers will be cheering you on and supporting you 100%.Plus, we have some amazing prizes lined up for the winners! The first place winner will receive a brand new bike and a recording session at a real music studio. How cool is that? You'll get to make your very own song just like a real pop star! Second place gets 100 cash, and third place wins a huge teddy bear that's almost as big as a person.Signing up is super easy. Just pick up an entry form from Ms. Johnson in the main office. Fill it out with your name, grade, and the song you want to perform. Then turn it back in to Ms. Johnson by Friday, May 26th. That gives you plenty of time to pick the perfect song and practice like crazy.Speaking of practicing, here are some tips to help you get performance ready:Sing out loud every single day, even if it's just for 10-15 minutes. Singing uses muscles you don't normally work, so it's important to exercise your voice regularly.Drink lots of water! Keeping your vocal cords hydrated helps your voice sound better.Practice in front of a mirror or your family. Getting used to having an audience makes it easier when it's showtime. If you get nervous, take some deep breaths an篇3Song Competition Rocks Our School!Hi everyone! Did you hear the big news? Our school is having a super awesome song competition next month and I'm so excited! Mrs. Martin, our amazing music teacher, announced itat assembly last week. I could barely sit still when she was telling us all about it.Here are all the details about the epic Song Slam 2024 our school is hosting:What is it?The Song Slam 2024 is a friendly competition where students can perform their favorite songs, either by themselves or in a group of up to 4 people. You can sing any kind of song you want - a pop hit, musical theater number, rap song, rock anthem, or even an original song you wrote yourself! How cool is that? When is it?The big show is happening on Friday, June 7th at 6:30pm in the school auditorium. But there are some important dates to know before that:Sign-ups open this Monday, May 6th. You'll need to pick up an entry form from the office.Entry forms are due by Friday, May 17th. No late entries allowed!Auditions will be held the week of May 27篇4A Huge Song Contest is Coming!Hey friends! Get ready for the most exciting event of the year - the Elementary School Song Contest! This is going to be an absolute blast, and I can't wait to tell you all about it.First of all, what is a song contest? Well, it's a super fun competition where students get to sing their favorite songs on stage in front of judges and an audience. The judges will listen carefully and decide who the best singers are. The winners get amazing prizes and bragging rights for being the top singers in the whole school! Our song contest is open to all elementary students from grades 1 through 5. That means if you love to sing, dance around, and have a great time performing, this is your chance to shine! You can sing solo or team up with some friends to sing together as a group. Group acts are always a ton of fun too. Now, I know what some of you might be thinking: "But I'm shy!" or "I get nervous singing in front of people!" Trust me, I get those butterflies in my tummy too when I have to perform. But the song contest is meant to be a friendly, low-pressure way for everyone to showcase their talents. The judges and audience willbe super supportive and encouraging, no matter what. Plus, it's an amazing confidence booster to get up on that stage! After you've done it once, you'll be hooked.Choosing a song is half the fun. You can pick any song you want, as long as it's appropriate for elementary students. Maybe you want to sing a catchy pop hit that's always stuck in your head. Or a classic from your favorite movie's soundtrack. Heck, you could even make up an original song if you're feeling creative! My advice is to pick something upbeat and fun that you'll really enjoy performing.Once you've got your song picked out, it's time to start rehearsing. Practice makes perfect, after all! You'll want to make sure you know all the words and dance moves like the back of your hand. Sing along with the recording, or grab a karaoke machine if you've got one at home. Get your family and friends to be your practice audience too. The more you rehearse, the more confident you'll feel when it's showtime.Speaking of showtime, the big event will be held in the school auditorium on Saturday, June 10th at 6 PM. You'll get to see everyone's shining performances one after another. I'm sure there will be some incredibly talented singers who'll just blow usall away! Maybe some of you will even go on to be big stars someday. While the judges deliberate after all the acts, we'll have some fun activities and snacks to keep everyone entertained. My favorite part is always the Dance Party at the end, where we crank up the music and everybody dances around like crazy! It's going to be an unforgettable night. Now for the best part - the prizes! The 1st place winner will receive a giant trophy, 100 cash, and a special Karaoke Machine to keep practicing their vocal skills. 2nd place gets a 50 cash prize and a new karaoke microphone. And 3rd place still gets 25 cash and a sweet new portable speaker. Plus, all participants will get a incredibly cool "Singer" t-shirt, just for being brave enough to get up on stage!Wow, I'm getting so pumped just thinking about it all! This is definitely not something you'll want to miss out on. Whether you plan to compete or just come to watch, it's going to be an incredible show full of energy and excitement. If you're interested in signing up, you can grab an entry form from Ms. Jackson's classroom starting next Monday, April 24th. Get those forms in quickly though, because there are only 20 performer slots available and they'll go fast! Once you've signedup, Ms. Jackson will give you all the details about rehearsal times and what to expect on performance day.Oh, and students - you'll probably want to start dropping some hints to your parents about buying tickets when they go on sale next month. The auditorium is going to be packed, so they'll need to move quickly to get good seats. Tell them the ticket money all goes to support more fun events like this one and other school programs. They'll be so proud to see you rock that stage!I don't know about you, but I can't wait to see everyone's talents and amazing performances. A night of singing, dancing, fun, and prizes - what could be better than that? This is sure to be the most epic, unforgettable song contest ever. Start warming up those vocal cords, because the stage is calling! Let's bring it on and make this show one for the history books!Your friend,[Your Name]篇5Song Competition AnnouncementHey everyone! I'm so excited to tell you about the big song competition happening at our school. Mrs. Thompson, our awesome music teacher, just announced it in class today. I can't wait to enter and show off my singing skills! They are having this competition to celebrate Music Week at the end of the month. Any student from kindergarten all the way up to 5th grade can enter. You just have to prepare one of your favorite songs to sing in front of the judges. It can be any kind of song you want - a pop song, a musical theater tune, a folk song, whatever! As long as it's appropriate for school, of course. The contest will be held on the evening of Friday, May 26th in the auditorium. Your family members can come watch too. How cool is that? I'm definitely going to ask my parents and grandparents to be there cheering me on.Mrs. Thompson said there will be prizes for the top 3 singers in each grade level. The 1st place winners get to have a solo performance at the Memorial Day assembly! She said there might even be other "surprise prizes" too. I wonder what that means? Maybe we'll get special gifts or get to have a pizza party or something. A girl can dream, right?I'm already trying to decide what song I should sing. Part of me wants to do a classic like "Somewhere Over the Rainbow"from The Wizard of Oz because that's one of my mom's favorites. But another part of me feels like doing something modern and upbeat like "Party in the U.S.A." by Miley Cyrus. That one is just so fun and energetic. Decisions, decisions!Whatever song I pick, I know I'll have to practice a ton to make sure I know it perfectly. My little brother Danny is going to be so sick of hearing me sing the same thing over and over again! He's in 2nd grade and will probably enter the competition too. We could even do a silly duet together, but I'm not sure if he'd go for that. Boys can be so weird about stuff like singing sometimes.I'll for sure have to put together a cool outfit for my performance too. Maybe I can borrow something from my mom's closet to make me look extra special on stage. Or I could make a sparkly headband or something crafty like that. Ooh, and I'll need to do my hair and a little bit of makeup to look my best under those bright lights. My eyes had better start practicing not blinking!Speaking of the stage, I'm kind of nervous about singing in front of so many people. What if I forget the words or make a mistake? I don't want to get stage fright or anything. Deep breaths, deep breaths...that's what my dad always tells me when Iget the pre-performance jitters. He says I just need to picture the audience in their underwear! As long as I'm prepared and give it my all, it'll be okay.I can't wait to sign up for the competition. Mrs. Thompson is going to put the signup sheet outside her room first thing tomorrow morning. I'd better get there super early to make sure I get my name on the list before too many other people. There are a lot of great singers in this school, so the competition is going to be tough!Who else is going to enter? I know my best friend Emma is a total Broadway nerd like me, so she'll probably pick something from one of those shows. And Carlos from my class is obsessed with that Puerto Rican kid rapper...um, what's his name...Benny Tanco or something? He'll likely sing one of those. Ooh, this is going to be so much fun seeing what everyone picks!Well, I'd better start practicing my song and rounding up my outfit supplies. Wish me luck, everyone - I'm going for that first place prize! If any of you are entering too, may the best singer win. Let's just have a total blast and not stress too much about it, okay? Music is all about self-expression and joy!I'll let you know how the competition goes afterward. Hopefully I'll have some good news to report and a solo performance to invite you to. Keep on singing!Your Melodic Buddy,Anna篇6Song Contest Notice!Hi everyone! This is Jessica from Mrs. Wilson's 4th grade class. I have some super exciting news to share with all of you!Our school is hosting its first ever "Peters Elementary Sings!" song contest andany student can enter! Isn't that awesome? Groups can have up to 4 students together. Singing with friends is fun and can help if you're feeling nervous about performing. How Do I Sign Up?The sign-up sheet is on the bulletin board right outside the main office. You'll need to add your name, what grade you're in, and the name of the song you want to perform. If you're in a group, put all your names together.

Our school is organizing a huge singing competition, and it's open to every single one of us students! Can you believe it? We're all going to have a chance to step onto the big stage and showcase our amazing singing abilities.I don't know about you, but I've been practicing my singing in the shower every single day, hoping for an opportunity like this. My mom always tells me to quiet down because she thinks I sound like a dying cat, but I know deep down that I've got some serious pipes. This competition is finally going to be my time to shine! Now, I know what you're thinking: "But I can't sing! I sound worse than a bunch of dying cats!" Well, my friends, that's where you're wrong. Everyone can sing, it just takes a little bit of practice and a whole lot of confidence. And who knows, maybeyou'll surprise yourself and turn out to be the next big singing sensation!Imagine standing up on that stage, the bright lights shining down on you, and the entire school cheering you on. You take a deep breath, and then you let loose with a voice so powerful and melodious that it could make angels weep. The judges will be so blown away by your talent that they'll be fighting each other for the chance to give you a perfect score. But it's not just about winning, my friends. This singing competition is about having fun, expressing yourself, and maybe even discovering a hidden talent that you never knew you had. Who knows, you might even make some new friends along the way, bonding over your shared love of singing and performing. Now, I know what you're thinking: "But I'm too shy to sing in front of everyone!" Don't worry, my friends, because I've got a plan. We can all practice together, helping each other to overcome our stage fright and build up our confidence. We'll sing our hearts out in the playground, the hallways, and even the cafeteria (sorry, lunch ladies!). By the time the competition rolls around, we'll be pros! And if singing isn't really your thing, don't worry! There are plenty of other ways to get involved. You could be a backstagehelper, setting up the microphones and props. Or maybe you'd like to be a stage manager, making sure everything runs smoothly. Heck, you could even be a cheerleader, leading the audience in some rousing chants and cheers for your favorite performers. But enough about all that boring behind-the-scenes stuff. Let's talk about the real reason we're all here: the prizes! I've heard rumors that the winner of this singing competition is going to receive a brand-new bike, or maybe even a trip to Disneyland! Can you imagine? Singing your little heart out and then getting to go on all the rides at the Happiest Place on Earth? It's like a dream come true! But enough about the prizes, my friends. The real reason we should all get involved in this singing competition is for the love of music and performing. There's nothing quite like the feeling of pouring your heart and soul into a song, and having an audience of your peers cheering you on. It's a rush like no other, and it's something that we all deserve to experience at least once in our lives. So what do you say, my friends? Are you ready to take the plunge and sign up for this singing competition? I know I sure am! Just imagine the look on your parents' faces when they seeyou up on that stage, belting out your favorite tunes like a seasoned pro. They'll be so proud of you, they might even shed a tear or two (but don't worry, we won't tell anyone!).And who knows, maybe this singing competition will be the start of something big for one of us. Maybe one of us will get discovered by a talent scout in the audience, and end up becoming the next big pop star or Broadway sensation. Stranger things have happened, my friends! But even if none of us end up becoming famous, we'll still have the memories of this amazing experience to cherish forever. We'll look back on it fondly, reminiscing about the time we all came together to share our love of singing and performing, and had the time of our lives doing it.So what are you waiting for, my friends? Let's start practicing our scales and warmup exercises! The singing competition is just around the corner, and we want to be ready to blow the judges away with our talent and passion. Who knows, maybe one of us will even end up being the next big singing sensation!篇2A Singing Competition for Everyone!Hey everybody! This is Jamie from Mrs. Roberts' 4th grade class. I have some awesome news to share with all my friends at Oakwood Elementary. Are you ready? We're going to have a huge singing competition and everyone is invited to enter! My mom is one of the organizers and she told me all about it last night at dinner. I was so excited, I could barely eat my broccoli! A singing competition at our school? This is going to be epic! Here are all the details my mom gave me:The competition is called "Oakwood Idols" and it's open to any student from kindergarten all the way up to 6th grade. That's right, even the little kids and the oldest kids can enter if they want to. My little brother Timmy is definitely going to give it a try. He's only in 1st grade but he's always singing those goofy songs from the movies he watches. I might enter too if I can find the perfect song.To enter, you just have to sign up with your homeroom teacher or the front office by next Friday, May 19th. My mom said the signup sheet is huge already with a ton of names! But don't worry, there's still plenty of room for more singers.Once you sign up, you'll get an information packet with all the rules and details about the competition schedule. The first round will be right before summer break in late May. Every singer will perform live on the stage in the auditorium in front of a panel of judges.Who are the judges? That's still a secret, but my mom promised they'll be a mix of teachers, parents, and even a special guest judge or two! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my music teacher Mr. Rhodes will be one of the judges. He's so nice and always encouraging. For the first round, you can sing whatever song you want as long as it's approved by your parents and doesn't have any bad words. My mom warned me that any songs with cuss words are an automatic disqualification. So maybe that rules out some of the songs I was thinking of singing! Just kidding...I would never actually sing anything like that. The top singers from the first round will move on to the semifinals in early June. Then the best of the best will make it to the huge finals show on Saturday, June 17th! Can you imagine being in the finals and performing in front of the whole school? So nerve-wracking but awesome at the same time. There are even some prizes for runner-ups too, which is rad because not everyone can be the champ. My mom promises it will be a fair competition and everyone who makes it to the finals will get recognized in some way. Sounds good to me!So that's the scoop, straight from an insider source (my mom)! The Oakwood Idols singing competition is coming up soon and you definitely don't want to miss out. If you have a golden voice or if you just want to get up on stage and ham it up, go sign up with your teacher right now before it's too late.I can already picture the whole school gathered in the auditorium...The stage lights shining down...And one extremely talented student pouring their heart out into a stellar song performance as the crowd goes wild! It's going to be incredible.Who will be the next Oakwood Idol? Will it be a surprising kindergartner who blows us all away? A confident 6th grader who has been taking voice lessons for years? Or just maybe...it could be yours truly bringing home the prize after all. Hey, a kid can dream, can't I?One thing is for sure - this is going to be an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. I can't wait for the competition to start! Warm up those vocal cords, work on finding the perfect song, and get ready for your moment in the spotlight.Oakwood Idols, here we come!Your pal,Jamie篇3Singing Competition for Everyone!Hi friends! I'm so excited to tell you about the biggest, most amazing singing competition our school has ever had. It's going to be super fun and I really hope you all join in!First, let me tell you a little bit about what a singing competition is. It's kind of like a talent show, but just for singing. People get up on stage one at a time and sing their favorite song. Then a group of judges rates how good their singing was on a scale of 1 to 10. The person with the highest score at the end wins the whole competition! Our singing competition is going to be a little different though. Instead of just one winner, there are going to be winners for each grade level! So one winner from kindergarten, one from 1st grade, one from 2nd grade, and so on. That way everyone gets a fair chance to win for their age group. And the best part? Absolutely anyone can enter the competition, no matter how well you sing! This isn't just for the kids who already take singing lessons or are in the school choir. It's for everyone who loves singing, even if you're not the best singer yet. The judges will be looking more at how much spirit and enthusiasm you put into your performance rather than just your vocal skills. Can you imagine how much fun it will be to see kids from all grades getting up on stage and pouring their hearts into singing their favorite songs? Little kindergarteners belting out "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" and fifth graders rocking out to the latest pop hits! I already can't wait. The competition will be held over two big evening events in the school auditorium. On the first night, kids from kindergarten through 3rd grade will get to perform. Then the second night will be for 4th and 5th graders. That way there's enough time for everyone who wants to participate. To get ready, you'll need to pick one song that's no longer than 5 minutes to sing. It can be any kind of song you want - a Disney classic, nursery rhyme, pop song, rap, anything! But it can't have any inappropriate lyrics. Then you'll need to practice singing your song over and over again until you've got it perfect. Work on hitting all the right notes and doing any fun dance moves or acting to go along with it. The more creative and entertaining your performance is, the better! You'll also need to find the perfect outfit to perform in. Whether that's dressing up as your favorite singer, wearing an outrageous costume, or just looking nice in some snazzy clothes, it's up to you! The judges will be paying attention to your whole look and stage presence.About a month before the competition, there will be sign-up sheets posted all around school. You'll need to add your name and what song you'll be singing to the list for your grade level. Make sure you sign up as soon as you can before all the slots get filled up!In the weeks leading up to the big nights, there will be plenty of time to practice performing your song in front of an audience during chorus classes. That way you'll get over any stage fright before the real thing. The music teachers will be there to give you advice and tips too. Finally, the competition nights will arrive and it'll be time to wow the judges and crowd with your singing talents! I'm sure theauditorium will be packed with all your family and friends cheering you on. Don't be nervous - just go out there and sing your heart out!At the end of each night, the judges will reveal the winner for each grade level. The lucky winners will receive gigantic trophies and other prizes like backstage passes to an actual concert or music lessons for a whole year! How cool is that? But really, every single one of you who gets up and performs on that stage will be a winner in my book. It takes a lot of courage and confidence at any age to sing in front of so many people. Whether you have an amazing voice or not, you should feel incredibly proud of yourselves just for getting up there and trying your best.Singing and music bring so much happiness and joy into the world. This competition will give us all a chance to celebrate that together as a community. Looking out at everyone smiling, singing along, and having a blast with their friends and classmates is what it's really all about. So what do you think? Are you ready to join the best singing competition this school has ever seen? Start picking your song, practicing your dance moves, and looking for that perfectcostume! Sign up starts in just a few weeks and spots will go quickly.I'll see you all on stage soon, stars!篇4A Singing Competition for Everyone!Hi friends! I'm so excited to tell you about the big singing competition happening at our school. It's going to be the coolest event ever and anyone can enter - even you!Mrs. Thompson, our amazing music teacher, came into class yesterday with a huge smile on her face. "Listen up, boys and girls!" she said, clapping her hands together. "We're going to have a singing competition very soon and every single one of you can be a part of it!"My best friend Sammy's eyes grew wide. "You mean we can all sing on the big stage in the auditorium?" he asked. Mrs. Thompson nodded enthusiastically."That's right, Sammy! The whole competition will take place right here at school over the next few weeks. And the best singer will win an awesome prize at the end!"The whole class started buzzing with excitement. I could hardly sit still in my seat. A singing competition? At our school? With a prize for the winner? This was going to be so cool!Mrs. Thompson waited for us to settle down before explaining all the details. "The competition will be open to every student from kindergarten all the way up to 5th grade," she told us. "Each singer can perform one song of their choice, either by themselves or with a small group."My mind was already racing with ideas for which song I could sing. Maybe "Let It Go" from Frozen? Or one of the fun camp songs we learned last summer? So many possibilities!"There will be three rounds to the competition," Mrs. Thompson continued. "First, we'll have classroom auditions where I'll listen to all the acts and select a few from each grade to move on to the semifinal round."She pointed to the auditorium doors at the back of the music room. "For the semifinals, you'll get to perform your song on the big stage in front of the whole school! Then the judges will choose five finalists to compete one last time in the grand finale."The grand finale? With judges? This was starting to sound just like those huge singing shows I've seen on TV! I gulped nervously, suddenly feeling a little scared at the thought of singing in front of so many people. But then I remembered how much I love singing, and that helped me feel braver."And now, for the best part..." Mrs. Thompson said with a dramatic pause. We all leaned forward, dying to know what the awesome prize would be."The winner of the grand finale will receive...a recording session at a professional music studio downtown!"The class erupted into cheers and applause. A real recording studio? Just like where famous singers make their albums? I couldn't believe it! Winning this competition would be a dream come true."So what do you all say?" Mrs. Thompson asked with a grin when the noise had died down. "Are you ready to show off those incredible singing talents and go for the grand prize?""Yes!" we all shouted at once, raising our hands high into the air. I had never been so excited for anything in my whole life.As soon as we got home from school, I ran straight to my room and started practicing my singing. I tried out a bunch ofdifferent songs, singing into my hairbrush "microphone" and dancing around like I was on a real stage. This was it - my time to shine! I knew I had to work extra hard to pick the perfect song and get ready for those auditions. I spent the next few days listening to music almost non-stop, trying to decide which song would let my amazing voice show through the best. Finally, after lots of difficult deliberation, I had my audition song picked out. It was "How Far I'll Go" from Moana - one of my all-time favorite movies. The powerful words and melody gave me chills every time I sang it. Yeah, this was the one that was going to wow the judges for sure! With my mom's help, I even found a fantastic amateur video online of a young singer's Moana audition for a TV talent show. I studied it carefully, trying to imitate her great stage presence and facialexpressions. If her performance could impress those tough reality show judges, I knew mine would make Mrs. Thompson and the whole school go wild!At last, the day of the classroom auditions arrived. Mrs. Thompson had us go one-by-one to the front of the room and sing our songs accapella (that's fancy singing talk for "without any music playing"). I was a nervous wreck waiting for my turn, but I kept taking deep breaths like my dance teacher taught me to calm篇5Calling All Singers! The Biggest Singing Contest is Coming to Our School!Hey everyone! Jack here, your buddy from 5th grade. I've got the most exciting news ever to share with you all – we're going to have a huge, amazing, totally awesome singing competition right here at our school! Can you believe it? A real singing contest, just like they have on TV shows like The Voice Kids or American Kid Idol! This is going to be so much fun. I can already picture the篇6A Singing Competition for Everyone!Hi friends! I have some super exciting news to share with all of you. Get ready, because this is going to be fun! Our school is hosting its very first singing competition, and it's open to every single student. That's right, from kindergarteners all the way up to us 5th graders - everyone can enter!I was at the latest student council meeting when Mrs. Davis, our amazing music teacher, told us all about her big idea for this contest. She has always loved singing and wants to give us a chance to show off our voices too. I remembered how much I enjoyed singing the school musical roles she picked me for in2nd and 4th grade. Some of you may have heard me singing loudly in the hallway or at recess without even realizing it was me!As soon as Mrs. Davis explained the singing competition, I knew I just had to tell you guys so you could get started preparing. The contest will take place at the end of the school year, but you'll need plenty of time to get ready. Let me give you all the details I learned so you can decide if you want to take part!First off, it's going to be separated into four different categories by grade: K-1st grade, 2nd-3rd grade, 4th-5th grade, and a bonus teachers/staff category (vh yeup, the teachers are allowed to show what they've got too!). No matter what grade you're in, you'll get to perform one solo song of your choice. You can pick any song you want, as long as it's kindergarten appropriate without any bad words. That means we'll have toskip "Baby Shark" this time, but don't worry, there are plenty of other amazing songs to choose from!Mrs. Davis said the performances will happen over two big evening events in the school auditorium. There will be a panel of judges scoring everyone on criteria like stage presence, dancing/choreography, vocal skills, and overall performance quality. I'm not sure yet who will be on the panel of judges, but I heard there may even be some guest judges who are bigtime singers or musicians! How cool would that be?Now for the best part - the prizes! Thefirst place winner from each grade category will receive a big trophy, 100 cash prize, and a recording studio session to make their own demo single. Just imagining holding that gigantic first place trophy makes me so excited! The runners-up will also get smaller trophies and cash prizes. Even if you don't make it to the very end, Mrs. Davis promised that every single participant will get a special prize just for taking part.I can't wait to see what acts everyone comes up with. Maybe you'll perform a classic song from your favorite movie or musical. Or perhaps you've written your own original song to debut. I bet we'll get everything from pop to rock to rap to show tunes! Nomatter what, it's going to be an unforgettable night of amazing performances.Don't be nervous if you've never really sung in front of people before. Lots of us will be in the same boat! That's half the fun - discovering our hidden talents and new passions. Who knows, you might end up being the next big rising star after this contest. I'm sure tons of you are secret sensational singers just waiting for your chance to shine. If you want to take part, you'll need to get your parent's permission and have them sign you up with the registration form that will be available soon in the main office. Once you're registered, the real practice work begins! You'll need to pick your song, create your choreography if you want to add dancing, decide what to wear for your performance costume, and practice practice practice. Luckily, there will be open auditorium times scheduled for rehearsals so you can get used to the big stage.Mark your calendars, because the competition event dates will be here before you know it! The K-3rd graders will perform first on Friday, June 9th at 6 PM. Then the following night on Saturday, June 10th at 6 PM will be the 4th-5th graders and teachers/staff performances. I'm sure the whole school will be buzzing with singing for weeks leading up to the big nights.I, for one, can't wait to see my friends unleash their vocal talents! Who's ready to blow the audience away and win it all? You'll just have to enter and take your best shot. Mrs. Davis and the whole student council are working hard to make this singing competition amazing. It's going to be an absolute blast no matter what!So study up those lyrics, practice those high notes, and get ready to take the stage by storm. Don't miss your chance to become a starring singer! Let's hear those vocals, [School Name] Superstars!。
