第一节什么叫量产量产就是工厂批量生产一批产品,例如U盘就需要在出厂前被批量格式化成某种形式,比如说一整批的U盘被设定为一个个的USB-ZIP。

我们普通用户利用厂家使用的批量生产软件,可以把U盘重新设定为其它组合,例如让U盘模拟出一个USB-CDROM加一个USB-ZIP 加一个USB-HDD的组合。

我们量产的主要目的就是得到这个USB-CDROM,因为它的启动的兼容性是最强的。

多出的ZIP和HDD算是赠品。

第二节量产背景1. 通常情景。

身边总会有不少朋友需要重装系统,你不可能总随身带着一张5寸的系统光盘或3寸的移动硬盘,但是你经常随身带着一个手指大小的U盘(挂在锁匙圈里或放钱包里)倒是很有可能的,那种一盘走天下的感觉是很爽滴。

2. 极端情况。

几乎所有的轻薄笔记本都没有光驱,而且它们很有可能只支持USB-CDROM 启动,不支持USB-HDD启动,不支持网卡启动电脑,如果它们要重装系统的话,这个时候量产过的U盘就派上用场了,而且某些时候(拆下笔记本硬盘就失去保修)也几乎是唯一的重装手段了。

当然,如果你周围朋友们的电脑全部支持USB-HDD启动的话,你也没必要量产你的U盘,就用老毛桃或者深度U盘助手,把你的U盘做成USB-HDD启动盘也就行了。

第三节量产主控的选择花了几个月泡几个权威的量产论坛,无忧启动、数码之家、深度U盘启动,总结了一下,广大群众用得最多的主控芯片就是群联Phison和擎泰Skymedi了。

它俩被用得最多的原因各不相同。

这款入门大屏轻便本,真实表现怎么样?Redmi是主打高性价比策略的品牌,全新的RedmiBook 16锐龙版系列售价就维持在4000元价位入门级别,而入门价位用户最关心的基础问题也就是“一台机型的性价比高不高?”毕竟不少用户的购机需求就是在有限的预算里,实现性能最大化。

如果没有性能基础,设计做得再花哨也是枉然。

而对用户来说,笔记本的处理器就是所有使用体验的“基石”。

其功能是根据不同的需要各有特点; 第三、到网络里搜寻。可以到相关工具网站找。 (推荐“数码之家”更新很快,很齐全) 。 注意: 厂家推出的量产工具也是在不断提高版本的,新版本添加有新主控型号驱动。 但量产 工具不是版本越高越好,还要看是不是支持你的 U 盘的型号。 主控芯片对应的量产工具和通用量产工具的区别, 不光是在功能的专业化, 比如可以设 置 U 盘上的指示灯闪烁频率等;更重要的是,选错量产软件或者无法量产或者量产错误。 所以,大家最好查清 U 盘的主控制芯片,然后下载相对应的量产工具和相应的教程,看懂 了再动手。
Skymedi 主控有两个主流版本,一个是 SK6211,另一个是 SK6281。前者 SK6211 支持 内存双芯片,而后者 SK6281 只支持单片内存。在台式电脑中,双通道内存很难让人感觉到 速度快了,但在 U 盘上双通道内存的速度可以比单通道快了一半以上!所以,如果可以选 择的话,大家最好挑个主控是 SK6211 的 U 盘。 目前:用 Skymedi 主控的 U 盘主要是金十顿 4G 逸盘(也是性价比高) ,它在各地电脑 城的铺货量可以说是排山倒海,其它牌子(包括宇瞻)统统靠边站。所以遇到金士顿假货的可 能性也极高,用 ChipGenius 软件一查,如果主控是一些没见过的芯片,那就十有八九是中 招了。
量产步骤: 1、先用 MyDiskTest 测试 U 盘是否可进行量产; 2、再用 ChipGenius 查看 U 盘信息,并备份; 3、根据检测结果,用相应的量产工具; 4、配置 INI 信息(不能修改默认的 VID 和 PID) 。 5、如果量产时提示配置错误,先执行 3 模式,初始化 U 盘,再进行 21 模式。 6、 如果出现问题用 3 模式还原。 (网上说恢复时 VID 和 PID 要输入第一步检测的值(0x????), 否则恢复后的 U 盘是 0byte,但我的 U 盘都是默认设置,恢复后 U 盘还是那么大容量。 )

首先,确定U盘主控类型,可以用ChipGenius或其他工具查看,因为各U盘用的主控类型会不同,一定要选择相应的工具量产,否则肯定不成功的。

因为宇瞻微笑盘用的是群联的主控,现在网上最新的是Phison UP13/UP14/UP12量产工具V1.96,下面的都是以这个版本的操作。

用到的是上面带框的两个(含“F2”的两个文件可以添加更多厂家信息,OEM用的),运行“F1_90_v196_00”取得U盘信息
如果想保持原来U盘的VID/PID的话,这时候记下具体数值:1005/B113
运行“ParamEdt-F1-v1.0.20.2”,加载配置文件

量产如果失败,可以重新再来,如果不放心的话,可以设置模式“8”再次量产,恢复U盘,所以可以大胆去试。

量产的作用:
就上面量产成模式“21”来说,U盘变成了一个USB-CDROM一个可移动磁盘(两者容量相加为总U盘容量),USB-CDROM中的内容为只读,群联主控的基本上都会量产成这种模式,主要是因为群联量产成的USB-CDROM启动的兼容性非常强,所以选择合适的镜像文件(比如工具箱、PE、ghost 等)这样完全能不带一张光盘,就靠一个U盘搞定。

同样也适合打造个性U盘的玩家。

其他还有很多模式可以量产,大家可以探索探索。

量产后的问题:
宇瞻自带的那个压缩加密软件不能运行了,虽然8G批次出来的固件是1.91,量产后是1。

96,但毕竟工具不是宇瞻自家的东西,只是适用与该类型的主控芯片,虽然以前有刷新固件后U盘速度变快的案例,但是对这两个版本来说速度是一样的,量产后可能还会出现厂商不能保修的问题,所以大家还是自己掂量下。

宇瞻微笑16G群联UP11~UP14量产USB-CDROM成功(教程)
首先下载工具:(工具不会贴,大家找一下。


ChipGenius(数码之家有,找一下。

更新至2.7版)保险一下。

UP1X_v1.96.00(群联UP10-UP14量产工具)
准备好要USB-CDROM的ISO文件,我U盘够大,所以直接把下载下来的《花园SP3 V1.21》.ISO 686MB给弄进去了。

好了,开始!
1、先运行ChipGenius
以下是16G的信息,这是我量产后的,量产前的没记录。

不好意思。

设备名称: [H:][I:]USB Mass Storage Device(Apacer AH321 USB Device)(Apacer A H321 USB Device)
PNP设备ID: VID = 1005 PID = B113
设备序列号: 909110000003
设备版本: PMAP/PMAP
设备类型: 标准USB设备- USB2.0高速

芯片型号: UP11~UP14
产品制造商: Apacer
产品型号: AH320
2、UP1X_v1.96.00
运行这个文件夹里面“ParamEdt-F1-v1.0.20.2.exe”这个文件,要看下,我下载的量产工具里面有两个这样的文件,选择容量是628KB的。

(因为什么?不知道!)
只知道mode:选择21是USB-CDROM 选择3是恢复到原来。

先选择21。

接着设置F1-1(VID/PID)就写ChipGenius 里面的PNP设备ID: VID = 1005 PID = B113 前面不要加0x
厂商和产品还有修改版本这个我也是抄的。

AUTO DETECT这个前面打勾,这个是自动分配USB-CDROM和U盘剩余容量的。

在接着设置F1-2
这个就是把ISO的文件添加到里面
设置Conteroller
就和图选的一样就行了
然后点另存为。

编个名字,后缀名是ini就行了。

(比如说:YES.ini)
在从这个UP1X_v1.96.00文件夹里打开F1_90_v196_00.exe(问题是这个文件也有两个,选则1.21MB的。


1、点取得信息。

(左边出来U盘信息)
2、勾选lock(在选择了YES.ini的情况下)
3、点开始
1)点开始后底下第一个方块变成黄色
2)U盘不停的闪烁
3)等黄色变成绿色,好了,成功了。

不过U盘还不停的闪烁。

4)关闭F1_90_v196_00,在XP的右下角安全删除硬件,U盘不闪了,拔出。

5)插上就出现下图了。

整个过程就是这样。

注意:中间有个窗口。

要先拨掉U盘。

再插上U盘。

再点OK。

这样。

只到出现绿色为止。

就行了
由于以前是用的windows PE 300多MB ,想换一个ISO 继续重复以上步骤,失败!回复到原先的U盘,就是把MODE:改成3 ,其他不变,失败!(拔了从插U盘,就回复了,从新格式化一下,就又成了16G了)
重复以上步骤,换成花园ISO,成功!。
