大家早上好!今天我们演讲的题目是：《知法懂法守法，做名合格中学生》。

我们常常用“天高任鸟飞，海阔凭鱼跃”来表达自己对自由的向往。然而，鱼儿离不开水，鸟儿离不开天空。可见，鱼和鸟的自由是有条件的，我们人类也一样，我们的行为受到法律的约束。

大家都知道，我国是一个法制社会，要求每一个公民都要知法、懂法、守法。也许个别同学会讲：我还小呢，法律会保护我！是的，法律保护我们健康成长，保护我们的合法权益，但不是保护我们违法犯罪的！

俗话说:“没有规矩不成方圆”。良好的纪律是学习的保障，作为一名中学生，就要严格遵守学校的各项制度。但在我们身边仍存在着许多不文明甚至违反校规校纪的现象，如迟到、早退，讲粗话、抄袭作业、乱扔垃圾，让学校这个文明的场所蒙羞，更有甚者，顶撞老师、欺负小同学、打架斗殴、勒索钱财……这些已经触及到法律的边缘。同学们，违纪与违法不是两码事！现在违纪，以后到社会一定会做违法的事。现在违法，以后就会滑向犯罪的深渊。那些铁窗里的人们，往往是因为忽略了法律的威严性，以身试法，才得到严厉的惩戒。
