存在问题:
一:由于第一次进行英语考试,好多学生审题不清,不能很好理解题目要求。同时,有的考试题型平时没有接触过,所以不敢下笔。
二:口头上的情景练习与在笔试中的运用不能很好联系起来,初一学生习惯于小学的学习习惯,对于课后的自主性学习能力较差。
三:同样是英语的入门学习,由于是平行班,同一个班差别较大。
下一步措施:

集体备课时,由中心发言人说课,教师们共同探讨,相互补充,使教案内容更加充实和完善。中心发言人可根据讨论的结果修改多媒体课件,做到资源共享。但教案应避免千篇一律,否则就没有创新精神。
