具体规定和说明如下：1、将本规定的学术刊物（见附录）分为权威刊物（A+级）、重点认定刊物（A级）、普通认定刊物（B级）和一般认定刊物（C级），其具体范围是：权威刊物（A+级）：SCI或SSCI检索的由国外主办的国际学术期刊和4个国内权威中文期刊。
具体见本规定附录中的A+级刊物。
重点刊物（A级）：在该学科领域有重要影响的国内中文重点学术刊物。
具体见本规定附录中的A级刊物。
普通刊物（B级）：EI检索源的、由国外主办的国际学术期刊；由国内主办的在该学科领域有一定影响的部分中文/英文重要学术期刊；SCI / SSCI或EI检索源的国内“985”大学学报；SCI / SSCI 或EI检索源的、由国内主办的该学科领域的专业性学术期刊。

一般刊物（C级）：部分CSCD收录的国内中文/英文学术重要期刊；部分CSSCI收录的学术期刊；部分有影响力的国内学术期刊；被SCI或EI或ISTP检索的国际学术会议发表的论文。

2、至少在权威刊物（A+级）上发表论文1篇和在一般刊物（C级）上发表论文1篇；或至少在重点刊物（A级）上发表论文1篇和在普通刊物（B级）上发表论文1篇和在一般刊物上（C级）发表论文1篇；或至少在普通刊物（B级）上发表论文3篇；或至少在普通刊物（B级）上发表论文2篇和在一般刊物（C级）上发表论文2篇。
3、凡发表的学术论文，第一作者署名单位必须是东北大学工商管理学院。
4、凡发表的学术论文，应该是博士学位论文的主要内容，并且是在学期间完成的工作。
5、对于多篇待发表的论文，只计1篇，但必须有论文发表的正式录用通知书和版面费收据或汇款收据。
6、凡发表在大学学报上的论文只计1篇。
