【知识点讲解】1. 今天我们要接触到宾语从句的基本形式,请大家看课文中出现的这些句子: I think that I've hurt my back.(我想+我伤了我的背。

I think + that + ...) I'm afraid that I can't get up.(我恐怕+我起不来了。

I'm afriad + that +...) I think that the doctor had better see you. (我想+你最好去看医生。

I think + that...) The doctor says that he will come at once.(医生说+他马上来。

The doctor says + that +...) I'm sure that you need an X-ray.(我肯定+你需要拍X 光。

I'm sure + that + ...)它们都有一个规律,就是前面的小句"I think...", "I'm afraid..." 等 + that + 完整的句子。

大家可以把它理解为中文中的间接引语。

翻译的语序和中文都是一样的,只要在前面的小句和后面完整的句子中间加入that 就好了。

新概念英语第1册第99-100课课重点语法第99-100课的内容:一、重要句型或语法1、宾语从句1)用来作宾语的句子叫做宾语从句,如:I think that I've hurt my back. / I'm afraid that I can't stand up. / I'm sure that you need an X-ray.2)本课出现了特殊的宾语从句,即间接引语的内容。

所谓间接引语就是指被转述的话,如:The doctor says that he will come at once.2、半情态动词needneed既可以作情态动词(没有人称和时态的变化,后面直接跟动词原形),也可以作行为动词(有人称和时态的变化,后接to do)。

如:He need to go there at once. / He needs to go there at once.二、课文主要语言点What's the matter? I slipped and fell downstairs. 1)What's the matter?,常用来询问对方怎么了。

2)可提问学生为什么slip和fall要用一般过去时。

注意提醒学生识记slip和fall的过去式形式。

2)hurt oneself,伤了自己。

四、语法
1.间接引语
引述某人的话一般采用两种形式:一种是直接引语,即原封不动地引用原话,把它放在引号内;另一种是间接引语,即用自己的话加以转述,被转述的内容不放在引号内。

陈述句的间接引语
直接引语是陈述句,变为间接引语时,在多数情况下都构成一个that引导的宾语从句,引述动词通常是say, tell等。

与此同时,间接引语中的人称、时态和其他方面也要相应有所变化。

Lucy: I think that the doctor had better see you.
→ Lucy says that she thinks that the doctor had better see you.
The doctor: I will come at once.
→ The doctor says that he will come at once.
2.宾语从句
由一个句子充当宾语的从句称之为宾语从句。

I think that the doctor had better see you.
I’m afraid that I can’t get up.
The doctor says that he will come at once.
I’m sure that you need an X-ray, Andy.
