商务签证流程商务签证流程一、提交材料1．最新的完整无破损的护照原件。
不必在入境卡上填写任何个人信息，尤其是姓名。
这一条非常重要！因为你将获得中国移民官员最多不超过一分钟的面谈时间，而你准备的资料越完整，他们面谈时所需的信息就越少。
一些入境的中国边检人员不会检查护照有效期，因此即使过期，也可能顺利通关，但出于安全考虑，我还是建议你至少在出行前1个月就去办理延期。
2．以下5种特殊情况还需额外提供相应的材料：公务：国内因公出差人员。
邀请方提供的邀请函原件。
参展/表演：国内邀请方或演出单位提供的邀请函原件。
媒体记者：国内邀请方或媒体提供的邀请函原件。
以上三种情况如果有实质性的协议，另需出具展览/演出/媒体活动的发票复印件。
国际组织工作人员：国际组织驻华代表处或分支机构提供的邀请函原件。
3．一张两寸的白底彩色照片。
中国的大部分城市和机场对个人照片都有着严格的尺寸限制，因此不妨选择洗印出来的照片。
4．往返机票订票证明。
通常在网上购买国际机票的话可以直接从信用卡里扣钱，但如果行程比较复杂，事先买好国际机票，然后再在网上订机票，则可以获得最多$150元的机票退改签费。
当然，你也可以带上银行信用卡到机场柜台买机票。
5．酒店预订单。
在国外住宿的话，可以向酒店索取一份详细的房间清单，包括房价、地址、电话号码等，有了它，你就可以放心大胆地预定旅馆了。
6．经济担保书。
如果申请人已婚且配偶同意一起赴美，那么只须提供结婚证复印件即可；如果没有结婚，则需要提供父母同意其赴美的信件及亲属关系公证。
7．收入证明。
申请人的税单、存款证明、股票基金债券凭证、房产车辆登记证等均可。
8．户口本。
9．身份证。
10．未成年子女的户口本。
11．其他财力证明。
二、提交资料1．单位正式邀请信（用公司信笺纸打印并盖章）2．单位介绍信（用公司信笺纸打印并盖章）；注意：在个人资料页上必须包含个人联系方式，而且联系方式要按时间顺序排列；单位推荐人必须在邀请信上签字；邀请人必须是职务与被推荐人相符，而且要求推荐人的职务与被推荐人相符。

外交部统办国家签证要求明细由外交部统办或部分统办签证的国家有21个：美国、法国、德国、韩国、俄罗斯、乌兹别克、南非、以色列、印度尼西亚、海地、巴拿马、巴西、意大利、阿根廷、墨西哥、吉尔吉斯斯坦、英国、加拿大、荷兰、秘鲁、芬兰（2007/4/2）、澳大利亚（2007/8/1）。

注：印度尼西亚的签证新规定自2005年11月14日起，持外交或公务护照的中国公民，且护照有效期不少于6个月，在印尼境内停留不超过14天，可免办签证；自2005年8月1日起，印尼将给予中国因公普通及因私护照持有人口岸签证待遇。
印尼将颁发停留期为7天或30天两种口岸签证，资费标准分别为10美元和25美元。
上述签证不可延期，也不可更换为任何种类的居留许可证。

1． The applicant has confirmed that s/he has no other documents to submit
申请人已经确认她/他不提交其他文件或者
2． The applicant has submitted the supporting documents above. I have advised him / her that failure to submit all necessary documents may result in the application being refused, but s/he has chosen to proceed with the application.
申请人已经递交了上述文件，我已通知其不提交所有必要文件会导致被拒签，但其选择继续
提交申请。
Il candidato ha presentato i documenti di cui sopra, e’ stato informato che l'omissione nel presentare tutti i documenti necessari può causare il rifiuto della richiesta, e ha scelto di procedere comunque alla richiesta.
