人工挖孔灌注桩基础施工方案１、施工测量放线 (1)检查复核控制桩点,检查其建筑基线尺寸是否符合点位,是否通视、易量。 (2)用经纬仪及钢尺测出各轴线和桩位,用红漆标在垫层上,待第三节护壁施工完成后将桩位控制线转移到护壁上,用红油漆标上标志,打入水泥钢针,作为挖孔依据。 (3)放好每桩轴线后,及时报告与业主、总包或监理验线,复核后方可施工。 ２、桩孔施工 (1)桩孔施工工艺流程 准备工作→挖土、石方→孔内排水送风→校正孔中心及几何尺寸→修整孔壁→绑扎护壁钢筋→安装护壁模板→校正中心及模板园度→浇灌护壁混凝土→养护→拆模板、修理护壁砼→下节排水送风挖土……循环施工→达设计要求持力层→做扩大头并用自制可折叠三角尺检查→成孔→钢筋笼制安→清底→砼浇筑。 (2)开挖土、石方 本工程桩身护壁每根桩计划支护一至二节。工程桩土方开挖先中间后周边,?扩底部份先挖桩身圆桩体,再挖扩底尺寸从上到下修成,松散土层用铲、镐开挖,进入强风层后用镐,每节均应检查中心点及几何尺寸,合格后才能进行下道工作。为安全起见，每开挖下节桩孔前，应用长为1.2m的直径20mm钢筋打入土中。测试是否有流砂、淤泥出现，遇到砂层时，每节挖深可降到0.5m,挖深超过5m后,要用鼓风机连续向孔内送内,风管口要求距孔底2m左右,孔内照明采用防爆灯炮,灯炮离孔底2m。 (3)土方运输:在孔口安装支架及0.5t慢速卷扬机,土用吊桶提升。 (4)排水:开挖过程中,如有少量地下水要随挖随用吊桶将泥水一起吊出,如渗水量较大,则在孔底一侧挖集水坑,用高扬程水泵排出。 (5)护壁钢筋安装:护壁钢筋在现场加工孔内绑扎,并留足连接长度,以便下段钢筋搭接。 (6)护壁钢模采用4～8块钢模板组成，插口连接，支模要校正中心位置、直径及圆度。 (7)护壁砼施工:护壁砼应严格按配合比下料搅拌,塌落度控制在４～６cm为宜,为提高早期强度可适当加入早强剂,砼浇筑时应分层沿四周入模,用钢钎捣实,施工前应将上节护壁底清理打毛,以便连接牢固.为便于施工,可在模板顶设置角钢、钢板制成的临时操作平台，供砼浇筑使用。 (8)护壁模板拆除，当护壁砼养护达到一定强度后，便可拆除模板，通常拆模时间为24小时，再进行下一节施工。 (9)尺寸控制,每节护壁模板拆除后,应将桩控制轴线,高程引到每节砼壁上,可用十字线对中,吊大线锤,测出中心线,再用尺找圆周,根据基准点测设孔深。 然后用挖土机装上汽车运走。,挖孔桩的余泥用手推车运到集土坑(10)． 人工挖孔桩施工工艺图 人工挖孔桩成孔及验收 1、当桩孔挖完孔底设计标高或持力层时，施工单位应通知监理会同甲方、勘察、设计及有关质检部门人员共同鉴定是否达到设计要求。如达不到设计要求的持力层，必须下挖和再次鉴定。 2、经鉴定符合要求持力层的桩，要按设计图纸尺寸设计要求迅速做扩大头，清理孔底，再次通知有关部门进行终孔验收。 3、经终孔验收合格的桩，必须取样留样，并按有关要求做好终孔检查验收记录。 4、终孔验收合格后，再次清理孔底，并随即迅速浇捣封底砼。然后进行钢筋笼的安装和浇灌桩身砼。 桩身钢筋笼安装 挖孔桩成孔，验孔后，桩身钢筋笼纵向筋及加劲箍筋应根据设计图纸要求，在加工棚下料、弯制
