企业投资决策现状与分析

摘要

在新的经济环境下，提高企业投资和决策的科学化程度是企业的生存和发展的首要问题之一。对于企业投资决策现状的研究、分析和探讨，有利于提高企业投资和决策的科学化程度，制定出企业投资的方案，使企业决策者做出最佳的投资决策。从而促进企业资源的优化配置、使企业效益最大化，最终达到企业的预期经济效益，实现稳定、快速、健康的发展。本文从界定企业投资决策的基本内涵入手，运用文献分析法探究影响企业投资决策现状的因素。之后，对我国企业投资决策现状进行分析，找出我国企业投资决策中存在的问题。在对这些问题进行深入分析之后，提出相应解决对策。

Abstract

In the new economic environment, improve the scientific degree of enterprise investment and decision-making is one of the most important issue for the survival and development of enterprises. Thus promote enterprise benefit maximization optimization, enterprise resource, finally achieve enterprise expected economic benefits, the realization of stable, rapid and healthy development of the. This article from the definition of enterprise investment decision to start, using literature to explore impact factors of the investment decision of the enterprises current situation analysis. After the analysis of the present situation of the investment decision of the enterprises of our country, find out the existing in our country's enterprise investment decision problems. 1绪论

1.1研究目的

企业投资决策是否科学，是企业在新的金融环境中能否生存和发展的主要问题。通过分析和讨论，为更好地规划和投资的选择，资源的优化配置，确保公司的利润和良好的健康的发展。企业的投资行为选择只能是有限理性，信息不对称和不确定性等复杂因素影响着企业的资本投资机制，而且也在很大程度上影响了企业的投资决策和投资策略的选择。本文的研究目的在于通过对企业投资决策的概念进行界定，明确所要研究的对象。之后，运用所学知识对所掌握的资料进行分析，找到影响企业投资决策的因素。并以这些影响企业投资决策的因素为研究路径，探究我国企业投资决策中存在的问题，并针对这些问题提供对应的解决对策。

1.2研究意义

随着改革开放的不断深入，中国进入了经济改革的重要时期，企业投资决策领域正在不断发生着质变。为了适应企业投资环境产生了重大变化，各个企业对企业投资体制进行改革是必然的。企业需要进一步发展和完善投资决策机制，并找到能够指导投资实践的投资理论。投资必然伴随着风险，企业要想获得投资收益，实现企业的长期健康发展，不仅要有敢于承担风险的勇气，而且也要有应对风险的办法。为了确保企业投资的连续性和稳定性，以及较高的投资效率和企业的经济活动的安全，企业的投资必须建立在正确的方案之上，才可能规避风险，实现企业利益的最大化。建立完善有效的企业风险管理投资体系，其关键是对企业投资决策的现状进行系统分析。本文的研究意义在于，通
