开发信就是外贸业务员给客户发送寻求合作的邮件。

怎么写好开发信,可参看下面的几点:
1.关于主题。

主题不要太复杂,简单一点,让人家有点开你邮件的冲动,你的目的就达到了。

关于这块,还是要多多学习,当然如果实在不会包装,就学我那样,简单点。

2.关于称呼。

这个其实基本上有发过开发信都会知道,如果知道对方的名字的话,一定要写“Dearxxx(名字)”,如果实在不知道对方的名字的时候,我们要写“DearSirorMadam”,这个是最好的称呼,其次是Dears”。

4.开发信的重头戏-----邮件内容。

这个也是在前面打好基础后,客户终于点开了你的邮件,你的邮件内容是否能够引起他的兴趣,进而让他愿意给你回信。

这个步骤至关重要。

如果您没有太多的经验,就使用网上现成的模板,请自行百度“肯为旎邮件DIY”就能找到。

5.关于发送频率和数量
这个要看您的发件箱要求,如果不是企业邮箱,可能会有发送数量和频率限制,发送多了,会根本发送不出去。

另外,还要看收件人的邮箱限制,如果同一个服务商,接收到同一
IP地址发送的邮件太多,同样会被拦截,导致收件人根本收不到。

如何写开发信第一篇:如何写开发信如何写开发信开发信的成功分两大部分。

其一是开发信的写作,这个是基础。

其二是开发信的发送,能否成功发送到潜在客户的邮箱中,而不是成了垃圾邮件,和客户见面的机会都没有,那么我们的准备工作就全部前功尽弃了。

首先,谈一谈开发信的写作。

1).开发信邮件主题首先您先得了解客户来自哪个国家,查看方式:1.客户网站-About Us;2.Google客户的公司,地址,邮件,电话(1是美国的,44是英国的,45是丹麦的....),名字等等一切有用信息;3.邮箱尾缀,例如:**********明显是加拿大的。

Re的用很大(一定要用起来),这招可以迷糊客户:你到底是不是之前和我联系过呢?每个人都有好奇心,看到自己的回复有很大的敏感度。

以下为各国客户回复邮件的主题:A.德国客户:Re:AW:Re:+具体主题B.挪威客户:Re:SV:Re:+具体主题C.丹麦客户:Re:Vedr:Re:+具体主题D.巴西客户:Re:Res:Re:+具体主题E.意大利客户:Re:I:I:Re:+具体主题2)发的时间周二~周四之前是最佳时间,而且考虑到时差的问题,最好是刚上班的时候要在上班前发到,因为一般都是上班先查邮件。

换个角度想想你自己会不会看呢?况且老外往往时间观念强烈。

我了解到客户一般都会预留几块固定时间来处理邮件,长的,陌生的,很多时候都不会看。

除非你的邮件非常吸引人。

一些西欧客户,处理邮件的时间一般是2-3秒。

大致上就是随眼一看,找到几个关键词,有意思的就看下去,不重要的,会在outlook里标注上要处理的具体时间,然后从inbox拉到相应的子目录里。

让客户以为已经有过邮件往来了,比较容易顺手点开。

7、抱大腿的方法:知名企业+Supplier+产品如果你们和国际上有点知名度的公司合作过,一定要拿来好好的利用。

二、正文1,字体、颜色、排版:越简单越好,不要用稀奇古怪的字体,不要用五颜六色来划重点,不要用表格项目符号。

你要知道你自己陶醉的无可救药,觉得对“美”这个字有所交待的,一目了然的邮件到了客户的邮箱很有可能是乱码的,顺序出错的,怪里怪气的一封邮件。

2,称呼:礼多人不怪,最好可以查到负责人的名字。

不知道对方名字:Dear+公司名,Dear Sir,Dear Manager,Dear Director,Dear Your Teams。

3,附件、图片、连接:统统不要。

如果你不想让客户的垃圾邮件多一封静静躺着的邮件;或是附件太大永远被对方服务器拒之门外的邮件,就不要挺而走险了。

4,产品优势,企业优势:最简单明了、单刀直入的客户直接你和你的公司是干嘛的,再给他们一个和你们合作或是和你联系的理由就可以了。

5,建议以纯文本的格式,这样最保险了。

太神了,换一个邮件主题,开发信竟然有买家回了!
在国内某知名外贸论坛上,某网友发贴:“这2天把开发信主题换成Did you receive my emails? 同一个邮箱,以前发了好几封信都没回音的,现在竟然收到了4个回信了(发出去的邮件肯定不超过50封)。

我在想,难道以前的邮件都没被打开过?我发的邮箱都是info或者sales开头的。

真是神奇啊!给我暗淡的心情画上了一点色彩。

”对于此网友的发贴,我感同深受。

其实关于开发信主题是否会影响买家回复率的讨论已经很久了,近期福步论坛还有一牛人把他多年的宝贵经验贡献出来,教外贸新手如何写好开发信。

其中就有写到如何把主题写的新颖、独到。

一个不明确的主题,会让客人根本没兴趣去打开陌生人的邮件。

这个就需要经验了,内容要言简意赅,直接吸引客人通过主题去点开邮件,目的就达到了。

至于他看了以后有没有反应,就要看实际情况和你内容的功力了。

有些人写邮件会这样设置主题:“we are the manufacturer of lights”,又或者“need cooperation”,或者“Guangdong *** trading company ltd”,或者“price list for lights-Guangdong *** trading company ltd”等等,一看就知道是推销信。

当你一个礼拜就收到一封推销信,你可能会有兴趣看看,但是如果你一天收到N 封推销信,估计就会很厌烦,直接删掉算是客气的了。

所以如何把主题写好,让客人知道这是封推销信,还是要忍不住打开看看?就要根据之际情况来判断了。

举个例子吧,假设我是做太阳能灯的公司DEF Co. Ltd,目前公司最大的客人是美国的Home Depot,尽管可能是通过贸易商做的,不是直接合作,但是完全可以当作一个开发新客人的筹码!如果我要写一封开发信给美国的ABC inc(这个名字是我编的),我从google
上了解了一些这个公司的信息,知道他们是美国的进口商,有做太阳能灯系列,希望能试着开发这个客人,我一般会这样写主题,
“Re: ABC inc/Home Depot vendor-solar light/DEF Co., Ltd.”
其中,ABC inc代表了客人的公司名,你在写给他的主题上首先加上他公司名,表示对他们公司的尊重;Home Depot vendor-solar light明确表示你是北美第二大零售商Home Depot的太阳能灯供应商,既表明了实力,也勾起他的兴趣;最后的DEF Co., Ltd.代表自己公司。

这样一来,假设你找对了人,这个正是ABC公司太阳能灯的buyer,又或者是他的某一个主管,突然某一天收到这么一个主题的邮件,哇,home depot的供应商找上来了,太棒了,应该看看是不是有合作机会,是不是比原有供应商更好?他打开邮件的概率会非常非常大!再说了,这个主题设置的还有一个好处,就是客人即使暂时不回你邮件,只是放在收件箱里,但是将来某一天他突然想让你报报价,很容易就能找到这封邮件!只要关键词输入home depot,保证一下子就找到。

这位高人的经验可谓是独到,让我看到有醍醐灌顶之效。

各位朋友可以用这个原理来试试看。

循着这条主线,我又整合了其他一些网友的经验,把大家常用的开发信主题都列了出来,供大家参考:
不推荐:
1、Establishing Business Relations (十有八九会被退回)
2、We are XXXX Chemical Co., Ltd. (在对方还不知道你们公司的时候,这样写无疑是要被打入垃圾邮件组)
3、Chemical Raw Materials (只有产品名称,对方会感到莫明其妙)
推荐:
1、Supplying High Quality Chemical Raw Materials (很普通,打开率50%)
2、Chemical Materials from China (有产品,有国家)
3、Chemical Raw Materials Supplier (有点贸易商的感觉)
4、Serve High Quality Chemical Materials (感觉用serve比supply稍好一点)
强烈推荐:
1、Chemical Materials for XXXX Industry (有具体的应用领域)
2、XXXX from China (写出具体的产品名称,前提是你要知道对方的行业以及需要什么产品)
3、For/To XXXX (写出对方的名字或者公司名,阅读率应该算是最高的,但是发信速度也是最慢的)
4、RE:Chemicals (加上Re有一种回复的感觉)
5、Re: Quotation about chemicals for XXX(有价格有产品有对方公司名称)
6、Re: XXX Inc/Home Depot vendor-solar light/DEF Co., Ltd.(有对方公司名称,有合作大买家,有自己公司名称,万无一失)。
