2. 烧嘴安全操作规程2.1 烧嘴使用场合烧嘴只能在符合以下条件的场合下使用:•温度符合烧嘴的使用范围,不能因超温过载而导致损坏;•与设计相同或相近的型号、规格的燃气燃烧器组合使用;•保持清洁干燥,不能淋雨、泡水、放在潮湿环境下;•安装、使用时应严格按照说明书进行。

2.2 烧嘴操作前检查在使用烧嘴前,应检查其情况。

具体检查内容包括:•烧嘴是否破损,有无明显变形等;•烧嘴表面是否有异物,堵塞气孔;•烧嘴与燃气管路的连接是否正常、密封;•使用的燃气是否符合烧嘴的使用要求。

若发现异常情况,应及时更换或处理。

操作人员在更换烧嘴时应注意保持清洁,避免油污或异物掉入燃气管路。

通过调节阀芯的旋转来获得相应的流量AXF-25为简易线性阀,阀芯为筒材质,外形尺寸见AKL25。

AFX-40/30阀芯为筒材质。

AFX-25阀芯为塑料,线性度比AXF-25高。

IFS258烧嘴控制器使用说明书范文一、概述IFS258烧嘴自动控制器是一种直接启动和监测烧嘴运行的控制器;可采用电离式火焰监测或紫外线UV监测,也可采用点火和监测共一根电极进行操作的模式;本控制器适用于不用吹扫或吹扫由其它控制的系统中直接点火功率不大于350KW带助燃风的烧嘴;具有本地开关、远程按钮复位两种模式。

本控制器符合欧洲燃气应用标准EN298。

二、技术指标1、供电:AC220V±10%50HZ2、环境温度:-20°C+60°C,无冷凝3、火焰检测电流:2-20uA之间调节4、防护等级:IP405、点火电缆:V5米(宜用耐温高压线)6、电缆长度:电离监测方式最长75米,UV监测方式最长100米。

三、控制面板说明四、安装及接线注意事项:1、电源应采用固定接线,火线L和零线N不可以接反,否则会造成设备损坏。

2、电磁阀和点火变压器由控制器输出220AC电源驱动,最大输出电流为2A,每个输出电流不得超过2.5A。

3、燃烧指示触点(端子13-14)和故障信号触点(端子8-9):最大电流:2A,最大电压:253V。

4、UV紫外线火焰探测器最大工作电压为:230V,内部无熔断保护器。

5、采用单电极时,烧嘴和控制器的7#端子一定要接地,否则会造成设备损坏。

6、采用UV紫外探头时,7#端子不要接地。

7、端子11和12已在内部并接。

8、安装:可用U型35mm导轨安装,长度为113mm,或在底板上两安装孔上直接螺丝安装,安装孔间距为70mm。

本控制器为宽113,高75,深120。

9、检测线用塑料电缆保护管单独走线,远传时要和主电缆分开放置,以免外部的电磁干扰。

采用电离监测方式和UV监测方式而且检测线长>5米时建议检测线采用〉500VAC的屏蔽电缆,采用单电极测检方式而且距离〉5米时,建议采用〉20KV的屏蔽电缆。

10、控制器通电前必须将控制器上的两个固定螺丝旋紧。

11、二次点火时要待报警灯红亮后20秒方可进行,以免过载损坏。

3)调节手柄指向为旋流风、直流风调节翻板方向,当调节手柄指 向烧嘴砖时,则直流风关闭,烧嘴火焰最短,反之则旋流风关闭,烧嘴 火焰最长。
4)调焰烧嘴刚点火投入使用时,调节手柄关闭直流风,以一次风 (旋流风)供给烧嘴燃烧,烧嘴火焰为短焰状态;当炉膛温度升高到 900 ℃以上时,调节手柄切换到关闭一次旋流风、打开直流风状态,烧嘴火 焰为长焰状态。 4.4 维护和维修

TY 调焰烧嘴的大调节比性能,如果空气、煤气压力能保证,该烧嘴可稳
定使用。
3)TY 低 NOx 调焰烧嘴调节比虽然比较大,实际运行过程中,应 尽量将空气、煤气压力稳定在一个较小的范围内,以使烧嘴稳定燃烧。

以下是MCZY煤气直焰烧嘴产品的简介:
MCZY煤气直焰烧嘴由空气壳体、空气旋流器、煤气喷管、中心风管、烧嘴喷口砖等组成。

1.MCZY煤气直焰烧嘴原理及性能特点
煤气和助燃空气在给定的压力下进入烧嘴,助燃空气通过空气喷流器,形成高速的旋转气流并带动煤气,使火焰轴向断面呈双曲线形状在炉内燃烧。

空气喷流器采用耐高温的非金属材料制成。

火焰长度可根据炉膛空间需要来合理设计空气喷流流,改变空气旋流器的“立体角”即可改变火焰长度。

由于助燃空气和煤气在烧嘴喷口砖及炉膛内混合燃烧,并且带有中心风稳定低负荷状态燃烧,所以不会产生回火和脱火现象,烧嘴使用安全可靠。

MCZY煤气直焰烧嘴空气、煤气混合充分,并且带有中心风,燃烧完全;火焰稳定,火焰长度1.8~4.5m,调节范围大;结构合理,操作方便的特点。

正常工作条件下烧嘴前煤气压力1500Pa,烧嘴前空气压力2500Pa。

2.使用说明
1)MCZY煤气直焰烧嘴的安装结构及尺寸图一,性能参数见表1。

2)当煤气热值在1500~2200x4.18kJ/m3范围内变化时,由于ZCY直焰烧嘴带有稳定的中心风,调节性能好,如果空气、煤气压力能保证,该烧嘴均可稳定使用。

3)MCZY直焰烧嘴调节比虽然比较大,实际使用过程中,应尽量使空气、煤气压力稳定在一个较小的范围内,以保证烧嘴稳定燃烧及火焰形状的稳定。

4)MCZY直焰烧嘴的中心风单独配管,风量稳定,不受区段能力调节的影响。

5)MCZY直焰烧嘴在空气预热温度为20~500℃时均可使用,只是为保证烧嘴的能力所需要的空气压力必须提高,或者在气体压力不变的条件下烧嘴能力根据空气预热温度进行折算。

6)MCZY直焰烧嘴烧嘴导流喷口采用炉墙浇注料施工成型,对于炉墙砌砖的加热炉可单独配套烧嘴砖。

3.安装说明
1)烧嘴砖与炉墙耐火料之间用硅酸铝纤维填塞后加高铝质泥浆密封。

2)连接管道时,注意让开观察孔和点火孔的位置(如果有)。

3)烧嘴煤气和空气入口的方向可以根据实际管道的布置旋转变动,变动后要注意检查密封情况。

4)多个烧嘴并列时,安装时要注意使阀门朝同样方向开闭,两侧对称布置。

5)烧嘴与管道的连接应加膨胀节以消除热膨胀应力。

6)烧嘴前各操作阀门应无泄露现象,切操作灵活。

4.操作及维护
4.1准备
1)检查加热炉上各种管道阀门、炉门等运转机构的各个部件是否能正常运行;
2)检查加热炉其他设备、设施是否具备点火条件;
3)打开炉门,启动风机,往炉膛内送入适量空气,使炉内气流通畅;
4)煤气管道吹扫完毕并经检验合格;
5)检查烧嘴前空、煤气压力是否在规定范围内,若低于规定范围,则不准点火。

4.2点火
1)检查炉膛内气氛情况,确定炉膛内没有可燃气体。

2)先打开烧嘴前中心风阀门,并开启主空气阀门送少量空气,将明火源送到烧嘴喷口前300~500mm处,或将明火源从烧嘴砖点火孔送入烧嘴煤气喷口前,再逐渐开启气阀门,直至煤气着火燃烧,然后调整煤气流量和空气流量至烧嘴稳定燃烧。

3)若点火失败,应立即关闭煤气阀门,并继续向炉膛内送空气,待炉膛内未燃煤气排净后方可再次点火。

4)点火时,操作人员切勿站在炉门口或观察孔处正对观看,以免火焰喷出烧伤。

5)点火时严禁先给煤气后送火把的错误操作。

4.3燃烧调节
1)烧嘴着火后,逐步调节空、煤气流量直至烧嘴所需负荷值。

火焰稳定后,中心风阀至最大开度,调节主空气流量,使烧嘴按比例完全燃烧。

2)在烧嘴调节比范围内,通过调节燃料阀的开度来调节燃料供给量。

在进行燃烧调节时,应注意保持助燃空气流量与之适配,中心风阀固定不动。

例如,当减少燃料供应量时,相应减少空气量,可以避免火焰被吹灭。

4.4维护和维修
1)烧嘴流量应尽量控制在调节比范围内使用,其最大值最好不超过烧嘴额定值的10%。

2)烧嘴停用或停炉时炉内温度较高,应保证中心风阀处于打开状态,通少量空气冷却,防止烤坏烧嘴。

3)严禁只开煤气不开空气的违章操作。

4)注意空气、煤气压力的变化,及时调节阀门开启度保持燃烧稳定。

5)定期检查烧嘴头部是否有焦油堵塞或结焦现象,保持头部清洁。

6)定期检查煤气喷口稳焰器是否严重变形、偏心或烧损,以便及时更换。

7)定期检查各连接密封面,防止泄露现象产生。
