Whendosing out of drums, stir and homogenise first.Pour the mixed binder (A+B) into a suitable mixing container (capacity of about 30litres) and gradually add part C while stirring with a power mixer. Mix thoroughlyfor 3 minutes until a uniform mix has been achieved.Mixing Tools Mix using a slow speed electric mixer (300 - 400 rpm) with helical paddle or othersuitable equipment.Also suitable are single or counter rotating double mortar (basket type) and forcedaction (pan type) mixers. Free fall mixers must not be used.Application Method / Tools Place mixed Sikagard®-720 EpoCem® onto the matt-damp substrate and spreadevenly to the required thickness with a trowel or spatula. When necessary, it maybe finished with a moist neoprene sponge or brush.Application on to the surface can also be done using an Aliva Hopper gun, aPutzmeister S-5 or a Graco T-Max 405. Subsequent finishing by hand is required.Do not use additional water, which would disturb the surface finish and causediscolouration.Freshly applied Sikagard®-720 EpoCem® must be protected from rain for at least24 hours.Once Sikagard®-720 EpoCem® is tack free it is possible to apply vapourpermeable seal coats. According to the present general map location and the production process characteristics of the plant, we have compared with a number of programs in plant process layout, and selected a most reasonable one: The main workshop of the plant shows L-shaped layout, the two cross(cross-GH and cross-HJ) in vertical layout being Material Stock and Heating Furnace Cross, the five cross(cross-AB, cross-BC, cross-CD, cross-DE, and cross-EF) in parallel layout being Hot-rolling Cross, Intermediate Stock, Accurate Finishing cross, and Finished Pipe Stock. For the main workshop of the whole plant, the total length is 351m, total width is 291m, and total area is 65755㎡.

ROYAL BULGARIAN AIR FORCE1/32 SCALE AVIA B-135ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONThe proposed AVIA B135 model is comparatively easy to be build but its high level of similarity to the real aircraft requires special attention and high precision during the assembly process.Study carefully the illustrative drawings, cutouts and present instruction before starting the work on the model. Try to imagine the separate assembly phases and the purpose of each detail.After the acquaintance with the model, you may start the assemblage. Follow the sequence given in the instruction. Cut the necessary details shortly before using them in order to avoid possible mistakes. Score all fold lines before cutting the details. The places of scoring are marked with small thin lines on the continuation of fold lines outside the parts. The small red line markings show where to make cuts on the wing-fuselage joint cowlings.Do not be in a hurry with gluing - carefully check and shape the details until obtaining the exact and correct fit. Before starting the work get hold of the necessary tools: scissors, sharp modeling knife, blunt knife for scoring the fold lines, prickle, ruler, nippers and grinding paper. Additional materials necessary for the assemblage are: sheet of cardboard with thickness approximately 0.5 mm, a piece of wire with diameter 0.5 - 0.8 mm. Supply with proper glue. BISON Clear Adhesive, UHU or similar are recommended as the most appropriate ones. Water based glue is not recommended. Preparation for assembling includes gluing page 3 that contains formers and strengthening elements on a cardboard.Before starting the assemblage you’ll have to choose the difficulty level of your model. Two options are included – junior and expert level assemblage. The parts needed for expert level are marked with magenta colored numbers, and the parts needed for junior level are marked with cyan colored numbers.Start wit the cockpit interior 1 as it is shown on a view A of the instruction drawings. Form it carefully and assembly it by using connecting stripes 1a and 1b. Form the fuselage segment 2, glue on it connecting stripes 2a – 2d and close it. Insert in it former 2e, then insert from the rear the cockpit interior part 1 and complete the segment by fixing on its place the former 2f.Continue with the fuselage segment 3. Glue transparent part 3t, form it, glue the connecting stripes 3a and 3b and close it. Glue the rear part of the cockpit 3d and anti capotage frame 3e. Then glue it to the segment 1, strictly keeping lines of symmetry.Glue inside the cockpit ruder pedals 4, instruments panels 5 and 5a, gun sight 5b-5t, control rod 6, pilots sit 7 and belts 7a.Assembly the cockpit glassing 9, by forming it and gluing the transparent parts 9t and 9ta. Be careful and avoid mess. Note that despite the weathering of the aircraft during its field exploitation, tha part that is always kept crystal clear is the cockpit glassing.If you’ve choused junior option, you can omit interior and use the parts 8, 8a for the cockpit glassing.Continue with the rear part of the fuselage as it is shown on the view B. Assembly by already known way and fix on their places the fuselage segments 10, 11 and 12. Don’t forget to cut the hole in the segment 12 for the horizontal stabilizer longerone. Despite the normal former, glue on the rear sideof 12 the vertical stabilizer longerone 12d, 12e. Then assembly and glue the vertical stabilizer 13 - 13b.Now return to the nose part of the fuselage, following view C. Assembly the fuselage segment 14, leaving place for the wing longerone. To obtain its correct shape glue the sub former 14c before the former 14d. Then glue 15 to the fuselage subassembly B.The following work can be a bit tricky if the expert level is choused – the modeling of the bullets channels in the engine cowling is tricky work and if you are not precise enough the results can be worse then those obtained in junior level. If you prefer expert level you need to cut the chanels on segments 15, 16 and 17 and to use bullet channels 18 and 19, together with the mashie guns 18a, 19a. In both cases the fuselage segment 15 contains the composite former for shaping the bottom cooling air exhaust 16. Assembly the former in following sequence: Form 15, glue the connecting stripes 15a - 15d, close it, glue the composite former 15f - 15h, then 15i and fix it to 14. Continue with segments 16 and 17. Note that segment 17 needs careful forming. At this point the fuselage form is spitted in two ovals - one for the nose 20, and the other for the air-cooling intake18.Follow the Part number sequence during assemblage of the nose. You can see the results on view D. Continue with the wing /view D/. Assembly the wing frame /parts 27 32/, wheels housings 32, 33 and cover them with the wing skin parts 34,35. The LAD Control Film provides both objective sensitometric control a nd subjective verification of the duplicating procedures used by the laboratory.In the LAD Control Method, the electronic color analyzer used for color timing is set-up with the LAD Control Film to produce a gray video display of the LAD patch, corresponding to 1.0 neutral density (gray) on the print. The negative printing original is then scene-to-scene timed. There are specific LAD values for each type of print or duplicating film that the original can be printed on. For print films, the LAD patch is printed to a neutral gray of 1.0 visual density. For duplicating films, the specified aims are at the center of the usable straight-line portion of the sensitometric curve of the film.Due to normal variations in exposure and processing of color negative films, particular scenes may not print exactly at the same printer lights as the LAD Control Film. The LAD Control Film is intended as a set-up tool for electronic color analyzers and printers. It is NOT a reference that every scene must match. Normal film-to-film and scene-to-scene exposure variability is accommodated by the color timing (grading) process, on an electronic color analyzer set up with the LAD Control Film. Normally exposed and processed color negatives will typically print well within the range of an additive printer setup with the LAD Control Film, although SIGNIFICANT or UNEXPECTED departures from this center point balance may indicate an exposure/filtration problem with the cinematography or with the process control.
