SGD 10026FP 104401.4 软管及软管总成的储存和使用寿命制造软管的橡胶会有老化现象,因此对它们的存储和使用寿命都有限制要求。

存储不当或处理不正确都会改变橡胶产品的物理性能,从而缩短产品使用寿命,过度硬化、软化以及永久变形,裂缝或其他表面损坏,都会使产品失效。

而引起这些变化的因素有氧气,臭氧,热,光,潮湿,溶剂或在压力下存储。

如果存储和处理恰当,橡胶产品在很长时间内(比如几年内)都不会改变性能,然而,这不适用于非硫化橡胶。

下面是一些存储要求。

• 储存室: 保持阴凉,干燥,无灰尘和适度通风。

即使采取防护天气的措施,也不允许存放于室外。

• 温度: 橡胶弹性体产品的储存温度取决于弹性体的类型。

常规橡胶产品应该储存在从-10℃到+15℃的温度范围内,上限为25℃,高于此温度只能作为临时存储。

采用氯丁橡胶CR 的产品要求不低于+12℃的储存温度。

非硫化橡胶产品和混合物要求+15℃到+25℃的存储温度。

较高的温度和较低的温度都应该避免。

在运输或储存时承受过低温度的产品可能会变硬或失去粘着力,这些产品在使用或进一步加工之前,需要在20°C 或更高温度放置一段时间,这最好是在拆开包装之前进行,避免水蒸汽积聚在产品上。

• 室内加热: 橡胶产品必须和热源隔离,热源同存储产品至少要有1米距离,对热空气加热则要求更大的距离。

• 湿度: 避免储存在潮湿的环境中,必须要避免冷凝现象,湿度要低于65%。

• 照明: 建议使用标准的白炽电灯泡,产品应该远离光照射,尤其是直射太阳光和带紫外线的强人工照明。

储存室的窗户应该有红色或黄色的涂层保护,绝对不能使用蓝色。

• 臭氧和氧气产品储存要避免气体流动的地方,尤其是通风口,必须要包装后储存在密闭空间或箱子里。

由于臭氧对橡胶材料非常有害,储存室不能有任何产生臭氧的设备,比如电机以及其他产生电火或放电的设备。

燃烧的气体和蒸汽通过化学反应也会产生臭氧,也要避免。

请注意:电弧焊会产生高浓度臭氧,因此焊接时必须要保证彻底的通风,软管存储点要尽可能远离焊接作业区域。

详解卡套接头

这里介绍的单卡套接头有两个体系,一类又称为24度压缩式管接头,常用于液压管道系统,设计制造标准包括DIN2353/ISO8434-1,JIS B2351,SAE J514。

另一类通常由仪表管接头的生产商提供,没有统一的制造标准,如CPI接头,ONE-LOK接头等。

常用的单卡套接头有单刃口卡套接头和双刃口卡套接头之分。

一.单刃口卡套接头结构如下:单刃口卡套接头的动作原理:管子插入接头并保证与接头底部(2)接触,卡套右端在螺母的拧紧顶压下,左端被挤进接头体内锥孔与管子间的间隙里,使卡套的外锥面形成锥面接触密封,卡套的内刃口(1)嵌入钢管外壁,在钢管的外壁压出一个闭口环形槽和一个环形凸起(4),形成密封;进一步拧紧螺母,使卡套中部稍微凸起,产生弹性变形,弹性应力使卡套右端面与螺母锥面产生摩擦力,以防螺母松动,弹性变形部分可吸收液压管道中的震动,另外,卡套尾部(3)也紧抱钢管形成一道抵触密封。

二.双刃口卡套接头结构如下:双刃口卡套接头用两个刃口卡套,即一个切入刃口(1)和一个止动刃口(2),止动刃口不仅形成了第二道密封,而且可防止切入刃口咬伤管子,从而提高了接头的耐振能力、抗脱拔能力。

卡套密封多为金属对金属的密封形式,为了提高卡套接头的密封性和重复安装性,现在有了带有弹性密封圈的卡套,见下图。

以弹性密封取代传统卡套接头采用的硬密封方式,密封效果更加理想,复装性更佳。

2.4 工作压力
根据允许的工作压力和使用场合,HANSA-FLEX公司管接头可以分为下列三个主要类别: LL:特轻型系列管接头 L:轻型系列管接头 S:重型系列管接头 管接头也经常按照它们的公称压力PN和工作压力PB的级别来分类。 公称压力PN仅仅用来对液压系统进行分类,其设计系数为4。 工作压力PB由材料的性能决定,并且可以根据允许的工作温度计算出来。工作压力决定了部件允许的最高工作压力。 但是,除非另有规定,根据工作压力PB分类的HANSA-FLEX公司的管接头的设计系数为2.5。 37°扩口管接头的设计系数为4。 但是,为了达到液压系统安全和可靠工作的目的,要求正确装配管接头和卡套,并且要求液压系统的管道正确定位。 另外,我们也必须指出,对于某些名义压力规格来说,HANSA-FLEX公司的管接头的压力实际上已经超过了DIN EN 8434-1 标准要求的压力等级。总之,本书提及的最大压力只针对管接头本身,实际最大工作压力还须注意钢管的壁厚和质量。

2.2 表面处理
HANSA-FLEX公司的碳钢管接头本体、螺母和卡套的表面经过标准镀锌处理,符合ISO 4042标准的要求。
ISO 4042标准是一个广泛使用的有关表面保护标准,在良好的抗腐蚀能力和防止环境的不良影响方面,对保护表面提出了要求。 HANSA-FLEX公司的焊接管接头的表面覆盖了深灰色的磷化层和油面层,以便进行焊接和钎焊。

3. 油口螺纹及密封形式

HANSA-FLEX公司管接头的设计工作温度范围为-40℃至+200℃。
但是在使用附加的弹性体密封件的情况下,必须考虑橡胶弹性体的耐高温性能。

1. 卡套式管接头的基本结构和原理
HANSA-FLEX公司的管接头能够满足各个相关标准要求的各个等级的名义压力,而有些规格的管接头还能够满足更高的压力等级。
用户务必注意,为了使管接头安全和可靠的工作,用户必须严格遵循本样本规定的装配须知。
2.1 材料
HANSA-FLEX公司的管接头是使用锻造碳钢,或者冷轧碳钢制成,符合DIN3859标准对管接头的技术要求。
