Learning a language is an ongoing journey, so our teachers need to keep evolving and growing alongside us.I could keep going, but I think those are some of the most important traits for an outstanding primary school English teacher. If I had to sum it up, I'd say the perfect candidate is equal parts motivator, friend, nurturer and infinite learner themselves. It's such an important job, helping shape young minds and ignite our love for the English language.Phew, writing this has gotten me even more excited to become an English teacher someday!
