5年前，是这副对联让初涉教坛心高气傲的我茅塞顿开，把我从“山重水复疑无路”的迷茫带到“柳暗花明又一村”的教改新天地。
时光逆转，回首学校刚毕业时，年轻气盛的我激情满怀的接过校长手中初一年级两个班语文教师的委任书，信心百倍地走上讲台，尽情挥洒“指点江山，激扬文字”的豪情，满心都是“上下五千年，纵横八万里”的畅快，认真践行“老师高高在上，张口金科玉律，学生正襟危坐，仰脸洗耳恭听，惟师是道，惟师是尊的‘师道尊严’”。
神采飞扬,滔滔不绝,端起架子,板着脸孔，在我自以为是的教学风格和刻意打造的“师道尊严”下，一切都顺着我预先设计好的轨道有条不紊的运行着。
课堂上，学生认认真真，鸦雀无声；课下，学生对我恭恭敬敬，惟命是从。
在我沾沾自喜于初出茅庐旗开得胜，三尺讲台挥斥方遒，手捧教材游刃有余，俨然一名教坛老手，雄心勃勃的做着名师能手梦的时候，一次偶然的作文课如当头棒喝让我的心情从云端跌到了谷底。
那天作文课上，一如既往的一番滔滔不绝后，我在黑板上潇洒地写下了《我最喜欢的一堂课》这个题目，作文里，学生纷纷写上他们所喜欢的课，惟独没有我的语文课，这不但使我的自尊心受到了前所未有的挑战，更让我感到惴惴不安。
是什么让我的课堂备受冷落？是什么让孩子们对语文课如此冷漠？我曾那么精心的备课，那么滴水不漏的把每节课的要点传授给学生，我也为了帮助学生积累课外知识查阅资料，游走页，课堂上旁征博引，谈古论今。
为什么所有学生都无一例外的把我的课排斥在喜欢之外呢？争强好胜的我百思不得其解，表面不动声色，心里却如百爪挠心，茶饭不思，夜不能魅，就像有一块沉甸甸的石头压在心头，直压的我喘不过气来。

孩子们之所以不喜欢我的课堂，一定是我所教的内容，所采用的方法，还没能和学生心中的弦对上调，还没能在学生心中引发共鸣，还没能激发出学生心中智慧的火花。
多日来的困惑、迷茫、失落、痛苦顷刻间烟消云散，我欣喜若狂，如释重负。

”于是，我明白了，我的教育观念需要更新，教学方法需要改变，这样才能扭转学生不喜欢语文课的尴尬局面。
接下来的日子里我抱着“重新洗牌”的决心，站到课堂改革的零起点，查找资料，虚心求教，潜心研究，点击名师，对症下药，大胆尝试。
没多久，学生动起来了，课堂活起来了，公开课中同行对我的褒奖多起来了。
当新一轮课程改革实验的潮头涌来时，我有幸成了学校的第一批弄潮儿，登台讲课，接受指点的机会更多了。
记得那是参加课改不久，我把自己学到的新观念、新方法融会贯通到一堂精心准备的研讨课上，自我感觉良好的精品课，结果在后来的课后研讨中被领导和同事批的体无完肤。
我把大家的意见总结成一副鞭策自己
进步的对联“闹哄哄，你方唱罢我登场，貌似群情激越，精彩纷呈，实则花里胡哨，过眼烟云；空洞洞，无的放矢不见纲，心怀课改理念，热血沸腾，结果丢盔弃甲，溃不成军”。

曾经的困惑在一次次教材教法培训中明朗，曾经的迷茫在一次次送教下乡中化解，曾经的思考在一次次骨干教师研讨中实践，曾经的积累在一次次课题科研中跳跃。
一次次平等的俯身、一丝丝宽容的微笑、一段段智慧的启迪、一缕缕心灵的温暖，润泽着孩子的成长、呵护着家长的信任，激活着领导的肯定，催生着同事的认可，更坚定着我“衣带渐宽终不悔，投身课改人沉醉”的信念。
我深深的知道“面壁参禅，不如坐而论道；坐而论道，不如身体力行”。
课改不是洪水猛兽，也不是刀山火海，没必要如临大敌退避三舍，不需要豪言壮语夸夸其谈，更不能轻蘸细拭蜻蜓点水，需要的是不破不立的思想、革故鼎新的勇气，雷厉风行的果断，愈挫愈勇的坚韧，精益求精的作风和坚持不懈的毅力。
