其通用性很强,内部集成了多个不同类型的IO口以及10M/100M 以太网和RS-232/RS-485的通讯接口。
用户使用HBS楼宇自控系统的监控软件编辑好现场运行程序后,通过以太网下载到DDC后,DDC即可根据要求独立工作,又可与监控计算机或其他控制器联网使用。
DDC内置周计划时间控制程序、节假日控制程序、循环控制程序等,可以满足实际控制的各种要求。
应用范围:非常适合应用于暖通空调系统中新风机组或空调机组的全面控制,可以同时监控两个典型的空调机组,也可以用于冷热源系统的群控。
同时可应用于各种离散点的监控,适用暖通空调系统、变配电系统、给排水系统或照明系统的混合监控。
通过RS-232/RS-485接口,可以将其它厂家的一些智能产品接入控制系统。
特点:✧外壳采用金属材料,坚固、抗震。
上盖的面板指示灯与内部电路板采取柔性连接,上盖与底壳采用铰链连接,当需要开启上盖调整内部电路设置时非常方便。
✧可以采集电压、电流、电阻、电压脉冲等类型信号,并可以选择中值平均、一阶滞后等多种滤波算法。
✧可以采集无源、有源等开关类型信号,并可以记录开关次数、活动时间、最近改变时间等统计信息。
✧可以输出电压、电流、电压脉冲等类型的模拟控制信号。
并提供控制级别机制。
✧可以输出无源、有源0-5V、有源0-10V等开关类型控制信号。

其工作原理是:高温增压空气流经散热片,将热量通过对流作用传递给冷却管外壁,然后经过壁的导热作用传给管内壁,再由管内水的对流作用把热量带走,以完成换热。
空冷器传热元件有:椭圆管方片、圆管圆片及圆管方片等几种结构形式。
管与片的连接方式通常有:钎焊式、整体轧制式和机械胀接式。
冷却管由胀管器将其两端紧紧地胀接到管板上。
侧板作为空冷器的一部分,与管板用螺栓连接紧固。
端盖(即进水端盖和回流水端盖),作为循环水室,按设计的水流程数设置隔水筋。
端盖上装有旋塞用于空冷器的放气和排水。
端盖与管板间装有密封垫并用螺栓将其紧固端盖、管板和冷却管的材质是根据冷却水质和设计水流速来选择的。

安装空冷器时必须确保有一定的清洗空间,以方便专业人员维护产品。
在安装空冷器前,应先拆卸下进、出气侧和水管连接法兰上的罩盖物;并用松香水洗去用于保护气侧和水侧密封面的保护物。
空冷器既可以直接安装在发动机上,也可以悬置安装在风道中。
空冷器气侧连接孔与风道连接孔用螺栓联接坚固,同时加装发动机供应商提供的密封材料。
空冷器进出水法兰与冷却水管法兰用螺栓联接坚固,同时加装发动机供应商提供的密封材料。
为避免空冷器在安装过程中变形和产生应力,所有的连接面都应该平行,公差越小越好。
所有连接点都要做到气密和水密。
运输吊耳是用来提吊和搬运空冷器的,在管组侧板上也焊有起吊耳。
3、试运行空冷器在出厂前都进行了水压试验,并检验合格。

产品通过了“国家消防电子产品质量监督检验中心”的严格检测。

二、结构、作用和工作原理1、探测器监控模块外形尺寸及安装尺寸外形尺寸:160×110×65安装尺寸:137×882、C H-9S探测器由剩余电流互感器和电气火灾监控探测器组成,是实时监控供电线路剩余电流的消防产品。
可根据不同的供电线路选择不同内径的剩余电流互感器,适用性强,内置CPU,采用先进的火灾判断算法,具备强大的分析、判断能力,独特检测电路设计,反应快,灵敏度高,耗电少,工作稳定可靠。
在剩余电流监测的同时,还对探测器自身的工作状态(故障、与剩余电流互感器连线断路)进行监视和报警,CH-9S探测器还提供预报警功能,当剩余电流达到预报警值(设定值的70%)时,发出预报警光信号,实现预报警功能,极大地提高了探测电气火灾的实时性、准确性。

安装使用说明书
(1)安装使用说明书是为本样本所有泵类产品而编辑的安装使用指南。
(2)设备应安装在平稳而固定的机架上或水泥地面上,底座的固定螺丝可用膨胀螺丝,大型设备可用底脚螺丝,本系列具有良好的动平衡和无噪音设计。
(3)安装完成后在接管线时建议在进出口安装一段金属波纹软管,以防机头负压变形不能正常工作。
(4)电机采用国内优质电机,电源380V,三相,50H z。
泵类系列设备进口在侧面,出口为上面,配对法兰标准为
HG5010-58,PN=0.6Mpa。
(5)在接通电源后启动电机时,如果密封形式是单面密封,那首先先进物料后点动几下电机,在确认物料进入泵腔后,而且无异常响声时,可以正常启动电机;如果如果密封形式是双面密封,必须先通冷却水(油),冷却管在泵头与机座中间的2根细管,进出水方式:为下进上出,待冷却水(油)溢出后,点动几下电机,无异常响声时可以正常启动电机。
(6)在点动电机时一旦发现电流过大,跳闸,电机运转不正常时,首先检查泵头工作腔内是否有异物,或者用手盘动电机是否能转动,如果能转动,就要考虑电机及配电箱接线螺丝是否松动,电线是否符合规定等,以及是否关小闸门减少物料的流量。
(7)严禁石块,铁钉,木块等硬质物料进入泵体,必要时请在进出口处添加快开过滤器。
(8)在处理量大时或扬程高时,请在出口处增加一台相匹配泵作为输送,本系列设备进入口压力≤0.2 Mpa。
(9)较长时间不工作时,请将泵内物料排除干净,排污口在泵头的下面,检修安装时首先擦干净泵体内的每一个要件,然后逐件按顺序安装,完成后首先用手转一下电机,仔细听一下泵体内是否有异常摩擦声,如有请重装,直至无异常声响为止。

Installation Instruction
(1) Installation Instruction is edited for all pump products on our catalogue.
(2)Equipment should be installed in the stable and fixed rack or a concrete floor, the base of the fixed screw can be expansive screw. Large-scale equipment can use foot series have a good dynamic balance and noise-free design.
(3)When take over the line after installation,we suggest that install a metal corrugated hose in the inlet and outlet, which prevents deformation of the nose suction from being not work..
(4)Electric motor adopts superior quality,power supply 380V,three phase,50HZ. Pump series equipment imports in the side,exports above the matching flange 5010-58, PN = 0.6Mpa.
(5)After connecting to the power the motor get started ,if the design of sealing is singel ,after putting into material and before starting the motor,It should make sure that the materials have been entered the pump chamber and no abnormal noise .If the design of sealing is double ,first passing cooling water (oil),cooling the two tubules between pump head and base .The way of inputing water and outputing water : inputing water from the bottom and outputing the water from the top ,after the overflowing of cooling water (oil),jop the motor seveal times ,if there is no abnormal noise ,the motor can be started normally !
(6)While joping the motor ,if the current become big ,under voltage trip and the motor works unnormally ,firstly check whether there are some foreign body in the working chamber ,then check the motor and find whether it can move by hands ,if it can move ,then you need consider the motor ,the connecting screw of distribution box , and whether the wire is up to specification and try to close the gate little to reduce the flow of the materials .
(7)Stones,nailes,wood such hard materials are prohibited into pump body,if necessary,please add up open filters at extrance and exit.
(8)In large quantity or high lift, please add a match pump to transport at the exit; the inlet’s pressure of this series equipment ≤0.2 Mpa.
(9)Longer period of time when not working,please rule out a clean pump materials,below the outfall in the pump head,repair the installation first wipe every element of the pump body, then piece by piece in order to install, after that turn the motor by hand, Listen carefully if it has unusual friction sound in the pump,if any, please reinstal until no abnormal sound up.
