中考衣食住用行衣：中考前这段时间，提醒同学们出门一定要看天气，否则淋雨感冒，就会影响考场发挥。
穿着自己习惯的衣服，可以让人在紧张时产生亲切感和安全感，并能有效防止不良情绪产生。
食：清淡的饮食最适合考试，切忌吃太油腻或者刺激性强的食物。
