labels for plastic bags.In addition,twomajor cities,Chicago,IL and New York,NY have adopted ordinances requiring similar warninglabels for plastic bags.At least a dozen other smaller cities or towns have similar laws requiring suffocation warning labels for plastic bags.1Canada has also implemented comparable warning requirements.The United States federal government does not presently have such a requirement.In general,the Massachusetts law is the most comprehensive and restrictive,and requiresthat any language,other than the warnings specifically provided by the statute,have government approval.In addition,Massachusetts requires that the warning must appear on both sides of thebag and be repeated at20-inch intervals for bags whose length and width are more than40inches.When deciding which warning to use,it is recommended that manufacturers follow the Massachusetts law,as it includes all the language required by New York State,Virginia,andGering,NE,and is essentially the same as that required by California,Rhode Island,Chicago, Flagstaff,New York City,and Canada,none of which requires government approval of alternatewarning language that is substantially the same.It is recommended,however,that these warningbe repeated at18-inch intervals to meet local ordinance requirements,as well.For plastic bags with a thickness of less than one mil(1/1000inch)having an dry cleaning industry were being used in infant beds beneath the sheets for waterproofing purposes.At present,there is pretty broad public awareness of suffocation hazards for infants and small children associated with the use of plastic bags,and most plastic bags used today contain a suffocation warning.The table below displays the warning statements required under the various state and major local laws.In the case of California,Rhode Island,Chicago,New York City,and Canada, alternative language may be used so long as it is substantially equivalent.In Massachusetts, New York whose length and width are more than40inches.A similar requirement in Saint Louis County,Missouri specifies that the warning must be repeated at18-inch intervals.Thus,of all the states,the Massachusetts warning is the most comprehensive,although it is recommended that these warning be repeated at18-inch intervals to meet local requirements as well.(There is no express requirement that the warnings be in all upper case letters,but the warnings in the California,Flagstaff,AZ,and Canadian regulations are presented in all upper case letters.)In Canada,if a warning statement is ARD0006PE小部件袋标准
PE小部件袋标准一、描述ARD0006本标准是用于管理PE材料性能、拉链式封口袋及实际中的包装，不仅限于包装和修补件运输。
二、范围本标准适用于PE材质、拉链式封口袋。
袋子用以松散包装小部件及修补件。
从源头到最终消费者的运输，本标准规定材料被耐久性使用、包装部件袋子尺寸、袋子的标识及部件包装三、其他可行性标准：ARD0002窒息警语标准四、材料属性1、所有用以包装之用的塑料袋或修补件运输之用的塑料袋，有足够的厚度，没有破裂或撕裂情形（部件包装之间厚度至少2密耳（0.05mm）。
袋子的材料必须是高质量、干净的PE材料，不能有视觉上的缺陷，口袋接缝处牢固。
2、PE袋、拉链式封口袋尺寸需正确。
将塑料袋封口牢固地封闭后，PE的尺寸能做到里面的部件不能伸展，同时，部件没有空间。
符合本条款规定的现成的标准塑料袋也可以接受。
根据下文中“塑料袋内部件的包装”，在塑料袋内应有足够空间包装作为内包装材料（用于包装小配件和易碎品）。
3、PE袋的标识所有塑料袋的外面永远必须包括如下唛头内容：Ardisam公司、部件号（根据订单内容）、描述（根据订单上的描述）。
所有信息可以印刷在PE袋上，或者信息内容印刷在标贴上，再贴在袋子上，字体尺寸根据“字体长+宽”章节内容去决定。
另外，所有PE袋必须符合ARD0002标准规定的安全标识要求。
4、塑料袋内配件的包装1）含化学品和技术配件：所有精度要求的化学品和技术配件必须采用气泡袋或泡沫包装同，以免损害成品表面或弯曲或破损。
2）补垫性质部件：必须先放在两层瓦楞纤维板之间后再入入拉链式封口塑料袋内。
3）紧固胶带的注意事项/规定：胶带仅被作为包装材料作封箱运输。
任何其他类型的胶带（遮蔽胶带、喉管胶带等），在撕开后留下残胶的禁止用来包装部件。
