简历的定义简历其实就是对你自己简短的描述,说明你是哪儿的人、做过那些事,也可以说简历是你自己给自己做广告。
当然引起他人注意的广告或者说有说服力、有冲击力的广告是你求职成功的第一步。
简历的长度程序员一般以2-3页纸为宜。
高级研发人员一般不超过4页。
CEO 等高级行政管理人员当然不在此列。
简历的原则简单明了,针对性强(Tobeconciseandtothepoint)。
给中介公司的简历则应尽量将关键字词列在上面。
简历的类型
1.按时间顺序排列(Chronological)这是最常见的写法。
但请注意时间顺序实际是按倒序排列的。

简历的重要性现在的雇主非常重视简历,人事部门收到一份简历后,一般会保存半年到一年。
只要有空缺,他们会查看已经收到的简历。
