国培英语送培开班仪式讲话稿尊敬的各位领导、各位学员：
大家上午好！
我很荣幸能担任此次国培英语班班主任，与大家一起学习、共同成长！
一、介绍今天到会人员、班级学员构成、到训情况。
今天与我一起送教的有县教研室的英语教研员彭老师担任专家指导、基地学校新仓小学查校长为我们做后勤服务。
还有我们47位学员，我相信我们能齐心协力、通力合作圆满完成两天的培训任务。
本次国培小学英语班共有学员47名学员，已建立守望小学英语教学QQ群，群号为。
已进群47人。
今天已到41人，因病、因事请假5人，转培到小学语文组1人。
介绍送教下乡培训的意义
首先我们要了解什么是“国培计划”？它是由教育部、财政部XX年开始全面实施的中小学教师国家级培训计划，简称"国培计划"。
“国培计划”以前是省级教育、财政部门负责“国培计划”的组织实施工作。
市县级主要负责派训。
现在是XX年实行国培计划改革：1.省级规划，市级统筹，区县落地，学校参与，重心下移。
2.构建高等学校、县级教师发展中心、乡镇片区研修中心、校本研修四位一体的教师专业发展支持服务体系。
3.将“送教下乡”作为国培计划的
重要内容。
基于这些，才有了我们今天最美的遇见。
二、介绍整个培训进程安排和第一次送教下乡安排的具体情况
太湖县送教下乡的基本环节包括诊第一环节：诊断示范，第二环节：研课磨课，第三环节：成果展示，第四环节：总结提升。
今、明两天我们所进行的就是第一环节：诊断示范。

三、学习《参训学员职责》和《参训学员管理制度》。
参训学员职责
（1）认真参加诊断示范，找准自身课堂教学突出问题，
明确研修目标任务，制定个人研修计划。
（2）认真参加研课磨课，借鉴示范课例，优化教学设计，及时将培训所学用于课堂实践，切实提升课堂教学实效。
（3）积极参与“说课、上课、评课”和“微课例、微案例、微故事”展示活动，提炼生成个人代表性成果。
（4）认真进行个人总结，梳理经验、反思问题、明确改进方向，制定下一步个人发展计划。
（二）参训学员管理制度
（1）参训学员必须认真参加“国培计划”项目的诊断示范、研课磨课、成果展示、总结提升等环节的活动，按时按质完成参训、研修任务。
（2）参训期间，严格执行签到考勤制度，不得迟到、早退，不得中途离席，特殊情况需向所在班级负责人请假并履行请假手续。
（3）参训期间，尊重授课教师和指导专家，认真听课，不得有接打手机、随意走动、大声喧哗、课堂抽烟等行为。
（4）参训学员必须按时参加为期二年、每年4次8天的培训活动，每次参训活动前，要先熟悉送教内容；活动期间，要积极参与培训互动，写出书面点评意见及听课心得，做好参训记录；活动后，要积极参与学校校本研修活动，将参训成果应用于教学实践。
（5）参训学员必须完成参训期间布置的各项任务，参
训情况、参训成果等记入参训学员评价表，作为综合考评的依据，并归入教师个人档案，与年度考核挂钩，与继续教育证书审验挂钩。
