These days,a lot of parents are having a warm discussion on whether their kids should take after-school classes.They have quite different opinions.Here are the results .

Some parents think their kids need tutors because they are weak in some subjects.Some think their kids are so interested in math or English or other subjects that they want their kids to improve a lot.They want them to get good grades and get into a good university.

But others disagree.They think if their kids have tutors to help with their subjects,they will listen carelessly and they depend on their tutors too much so that they aren’t active in class.And they can ask their teachers for help at school if they have any questions to ask.They also think it’s a waste of time and money.

In my opinion, whether I need a tutor depends on how much I can improve myself in this subject.

书面表达评分标准：

一、评分原则：

1.本题总分为20分，按五个档次给分。

2.评分时，先根据文章的内容和语言初步确定其所属档次，然后以该档次的要求来衡

量，结合内容和语言表达，综合给定分数。

3.此题具有一定的开放性，考生可以根据要点适当删减或发挥，加入自己的观点。

4.词数少于80的，从总分中减去1分。

5.拼写错误多，书写较差以致影响表达，在所确定档次的分数范围内，减去1分。

二、各档次的给分范围和要求：

第五档（很好）：（20-18分）

完全完成了试题规定的任务，涵盖了所有内容要点，或在发挥时内容有新意或

亮点；语言基本无误，行文连贯，表达清楚。

第四档（好）：（17-14分）

完成试题规定的任务，涵盖了基本的内容要点；语言有少量错误，行文基本连

贯，表达基本清楚。

第三档（一般）：（13-9分）

基本完成了试题规定的任务，写出了一些内容；语言有一些错误，行文不够连

贯。

第二档（较差）：（8-5分）

未能恰当完成试题规定的任务，只能写出个别要点；语言错误较多，未能清楚

传达信息。

第一档（差）：（4-0分）

未能完成试题规定的任务，只能写出与内容有关的一些单词；语言错误很多，

未能清楚传达信息。
