2.安装电缆及剥切电缆护层
高压充油电缆的重量较大,要搁置在临时支 架上操作。
(2)锯铜带自中心起两侧各为700mm,松开400mm, 揩干净并绕包在铅包上。
(3)揩净铅包,包临时塑料带,套入铜套管不应碰到 护层的沥青时,要注意接地柱的方向应该成对,并套 入绝缘法兰。

4.复合套管式终端
复合套管式终端,其外绝缘是由一个玻璃 纤维加强的空心环氧树脂管组成,管子外覆盖 耐气候的绝缘硅橡胶雨裙的复合套管,两端由 通过阳极氧化处理的铝合金法兰封住,具有良 好的抗蚀能力,终端套管内填充绝缘硅油。
将预先放置在电缆上的套管拉入接头的内绝缘上,注 意不要碰坏内绝缘,固定好套管的位置后,搪铅。封 铅冷却后,立即恢复加强铜带,并按标准进行真空注 油。
8.安装沥青盒和灌注沥青胶
将两半沥青盒罩在接头上用螺栓连接,同时将制造 厂提供的沥青胶加热熔化,以沥青盒的注入孔徐徐注 入,直到灌满。

安装过程: 安装过程:
(1)开剥电缆,主绝缘端部按要求削铅笔头;(2)压接金属接管并打磨;(3)打磨清洗电缆 主绝缘;(4)在接管及电缆内半导电层上,绕包13#半导电胶带,恢复内屏蔽;(5)在铜屏蔽/ 外半导电端口处绕包13#半导电胶带及2220#应力控制带;(6)按要求绕包23#绝缘胶带,恢复 主绝缘层;(7)外部整体绕包13#半导电胶带恢复外半导电层。完成一相接头的安装。

• 为什么电缆附件必须具有优异的防水密封性能?

外屏蔽半导电冷缩管

• 整体模制外屏蔽层结构,无任 何分层,电气性能更稳定; • 无需分开安装,更简便并降低 因安装导致故障的可能性。
例1:通过一层独立的半导电冷缩管来恢复外屏蔽,容 易在绝缘层与外屏蔽之间残留气隙,发生局部放电; 例2:通过在接头外表面喷涂半导电漆的方法恢复外半 导电层,容易脱落,电阻率不均匀,屏蔽效果较差。
