Pre-listening
1.Show pictures in Activity 2 and teach the students the verb phrases.
2.Have students read the phrases together, then ask some students to read them individually. Then ask students to make sentences with “be going to do”, the pictures and the phrases help them.

2.Listen to the record of the conversation and answer the questions.
3.Watch the video carefully and check Daming’s and Betty’s plans for the weekend.

After reading, have students report what Daming,Betty and Lingling are going to do.

二、学生分析由于各种不同的原因,我校刚入学的学生在英语学习方面存在着个体差异性,学生大部分抽象思维能力较低,形象思维能力强,热情高但注意力容易分散。

自我认识较模糊、片面,而在乎他人的评价。

所以在知识和能力上,我们在为学生打好扎实基础的同时,要特别注重教学方法的灵活性和评价的技巧性,让不同层次的学生都能找到成就感。

1.掌握基本的动词短语和“be going to”句型。
整个故事配合使用动画和图片,很形象的通过故事向学生介绍了本节课的重点句型,并且让他们进行练习。
