浅析初中英语作文指导策略：关注每一个学生，从他们的兴趣切入，由简入难，步子小，好循环，逐渐培养了他们对英语写作的信心、情感、意志。
大多数学生克服了畏惧写作的情绪，激起了对英语写作的热爱。
一、从宏观上指导英语作文结构——（汉堡式的文章结构hamburger Structure of the Passage）在进行作文指导中，我采取了与常规教学相反的方法，英语作文教学一般先从字、词、句着手，而我首先重点强调的是文章结构。
假如我们把写作比作建造一座大厦的话，那么词汇和语法就是建筑中的砖瓦，文章的结构是大厦的框架。
框架有了，填砖瓦就容易了。
初中阶段往往一篇文章就是一个段落。
根据英语作文的思维方式，段落写作是有章可循的。
英语典型段落写作的结构图式为：主题句、辅助句1、辅助句2、辅助句N 和结尾句。
它的结构犹如一个“汉堡包”。
上面的面包是文章的主题句，中间的菜和肉是对主题句的说明、拓展和支持，下面的面包是文章的概括句。
在分析段落式的文章结构之后，再讲授主题句和扩展句之间常见的逻辑关系的三种类型: 从概括到具体；从命题到原因；从命题到例证。
这样一来，就帮助学生掌握了英语典型段落写作的方法，通过一定时间的训练，这一结构便可成为学生的己有图式，在需要的时候可以随时被激活。
对文章结构的训练，可以采用大量的看题目写主题句、或写结尾句的方法进行尝试，同时调动学生的积极性，让他们展示自己写的句子，共同讨论是否符合主题。
（一）汉堡包的上层面包——主题句（Topic Sentence）的训练。
主题句好比一篇文章的灵魂，整个段落往往就围绕着主题句铺写。
主题句恰当与否关系到整篇文章是否离题[1]。
在开始阶段，给学生题目，先经过分组讨论，之后确定主题(MainIdea) 是什么，由组长写出表达主题观点的主题句，再根据所给出的句子挑出符合题目的主题句。
比如：以“Water”为题的文章，学生给出的主题句有：S1: Water is very important.S2: Water pollution is more and more serious.S3: It is necessary for us to save water.S4: We use water in many ways.S5: we can’t live without water.S6: We can’t play water.S2 讲的是水污染；S3 提到了节约用水的必要性；S4 提出的是我们在许多方面用到水；S6 认为我们不可以玩水。
这些都与水有关，但作为主题句来说，他们都不够全面。
因此，在讨论中，大家认为S1、S5 两位同学的比较好。
在这样的持续训练中，“学困生”养成了一看到题目就能确定主题句的习惯。
到后来，自己可以独立完成主题句的确定。
比如在一篇题目为“Everybodyneeds friends”的作文中, 学生给出了以下主题句：S1: Nowadays，everybody needs friends.S2: It’s common knowled ge that everybody needsfriends.S3: It is necessary for everybody to have friends.S4: Almost nobody can live without friends.主题句往往言简意赅，可以包容文章中其他的辅助句（Supporting Sentences）。
但主题句也不可过于笼统，应紧扣辅助句，这样才能使段落融为一体。
主题句的形式多种多样。
可以是一般的陈述句，也可以是疑问句。
比如：上面S3 的句子可以改为: It is necessary for everybody to have friends，isn’t it?（二）汉堡包的夹心菜和肉——辅助句（SupportingSentences）的训练。
文章需要统一性，即需要围绕一个主题进行写作。
那么辅助句的功能就是紧靠主题句，切勿转移主题。
关于这一点的训练主要通过“蜘蛛图”列提纲来完成。
在蜘蛛网的中央是主题句，由主题句辐射到周边的是辅助内容。
在这种提纲中，可能有多个“蜘蛛图”镶嵌才能完整地列出提纲。
例如：由分主题句“Why is smoking a bad habit?”可能辐射出:辅助句1：Smoking is bad for smoker himself;辅助句2：Smoking does harm to others around smokers;辅助句3：Smoking may cause a lot of diseases，suchas lung cancer and heart disease.在文章写作中，辅助句的多少，长短要适中。
既要把思想内容表达清楚，叙述翔实，又要注意简明扼要，重点突出。
句与句之间应脉络清晰，相辅相成。
通过画“蜘蛛图”的形式，学生可以轻而易举地罗列出用于支持主题句的辅助句，从而做到不管什么题目，都有话可说，都可以从不同的角度去说，改变无从下笔和不断重复同一细节的问题。
（三）汉堡包的下层面包——总结句（ConcludingSentence）的训练。
一篇文章除了要有中心突出的主题句、充分的辅助句外，还要有一个圆满的结尾。
结尾的方法主要有重申主题、概述主要观点、说明结果、讲述重要的观点，最后得出结论，往往收尾句起到强调和加强印象的作用。
要特别注意的是，收尾句和主题句应该用不同的词语表达相同的含义，甚至可以在内容上进一步引申。
比如：在题目“Everybody needs friends”的作文中，学生给了许多不同而有比较到位的结尾：S1: Friendship is like wine. The longer it is, thebetter it will be. ( 这个收尾句使得整篇文章得到了升华。
)S2: As a result, none of us can live without friends.( 用双重否定再一次重申了主题)S3: As the saying goes,“A friend in need is a friendindeed.” Everyone needs friends, especially helpfulfriends.( 不仅重申了主题，而且使主题得到了提升。
)总结句是把由主题句辐射出的辅助句进行归纳总结，使文章更紧凑、主题更突出。
二、对文章进行有效的审题指导审题还需要通过题目所给的文字信息和图片信息确定写作的题材包括事情和时态、人称和代词。
（一）合理应用时态训练。
文章不同的部分可能需要不同时态来表达。
这一部分是学生的弱点，他们往往会想用什么时态就用什么时态，这使得文章非常的费解。
其一，通过看题目来确定总体时态。
有的文章通过题目就能一眼确定时态，这样的文章比较好写。
如题为“我的梦想‘Mydream’”的文章，应该用一般将来时；题为“Last summerholiday”或“My tenth birthday”的文章，就应该采用一般过去时来写。
其二，通过欣赏一定量的范文寻找规律。
不是所有的文章从头到尾都用一种时态，可能不同部分所用的时态不一样；不同的角度，时态也不同。
以下是给学生的佳作欣赏之一：As for friends, everybody needs some.( 主题句——一般现在时) When we are in trouble, our friends will standbehind us, helping us through.（辅助句1——现在范畴的时态）And many special things have been done for me bymy friends.（辅助句2，也是下面例子的主题句——现在完成时）For example, once I did badly in my English. As I wasvery hopeless, My friends encourage me to face it. Withthe help of them, my English has been greatly improved.As an English saying goes, “A friend in need is afriend indeed.” I was deeply touched by what my friendshad done.（整个例子用了过去范畴的时态）However, I’llgraduate from jun ior middle school soon. （辅助句2，也是下面例子的主题句——将来时）I’ve a lot to say to myfriends. Thanks for their support and help. Thanks forthe time they have spent with me. Our friendship will lastforever.（现在范畴的各种时态）合理应用时态训练的主要步骤：步骤一：进行文章结构分析，一起寻找主题句、辅助句和总结句，再找出每个不同的观点所引申出的次主题句和辅助句。
步骤二：确定每一部分所用的时态，了解为什么要那样使用。
步骤三：重新出题进行仿写。
在这一过程中，学生通过佳作欣赏、分析和仿写，使写作能力得到训练，从总体到细节把握写作技巧。
（二）正确使用人称代词、指示代词和不定代词的训练。
代词主要用来替代前文出现的人名或名词，避免重复，简化文章。
在使用代词时，一定要确保代词指代的准确无误，清晰明了。
在这方面，主要采取“啄木鸟”行动的形式进行，给与的习作一般都是基础比较好的学生作品。
一般学生更喜欢找不足，尤其是比他们好的学生的不足。
这样不仅模仿了好同学的好词好句，同时也树立了信心，效果往往更好。
比如：There is no doubt that friends play an important rolein our daily lives. Whenever you fall or whatever you do,your friends will surely encourage you to go ahead.在PPT上展出这个小段落之后，学生马上从以上习作中看出，辅助句的人称和主题句的不统一。
应该把you 和your 改成us和our，这样前后指代明确，逻辑性强。
经过修改之后的段落异常有文采。
三、对学生进行写作基本功的训练作文的每个部分是相辅相成的，词、句、段和通篇文章的形成应该是水到渠成的。
写作基本功的训练始终贯穿于每节写作课，基本从三个方面进行：1）连词成句；2）连句成段；3）修改润色。
