2019年总结与展望英语范文
总结，展望与计划
在过去的一年中，我谨记自己的职责，严格的要求自己，积极
认真地做好各项工作。
在不断地学习和工作实践中，个人的实践经验、工作能力等方面都取得了进步，工作上取得了一定成果。
经过了两年时间的工作锻炼和学习，我对农村的工作已经比较
了解，进入了村官的角色，参与到村里的多项工作中去：环境整治、远程教育、秸秆禁烧、台账完善，协助会计做好账目工作等。
农村的工作是繁琐具体的，目前村民们获取信息的手段还相对比较年缺乏，甚至会出现一些让我们觉得不能理解但却是有其存在理由的事情。
比如，每年国家发放的小额扶贫贷款，利息很低，手续也复杂。
但是，以前我们村一边是每年小额扶贫贷款的可贷额度都没有用完，一边却还有不少村民在向私人高利贷借钱。
开始我对这种情况很不能理解，为什么这些村民会宁愿去借需要更高利息的钱。
经过调查，我了解到他们很多人都只是扶贫贷款的政策了解地比较模糊，不清楚怎么去操作才能贷到款，更有的人听别人以讹传讹的说法，认为操作手续很复杂，甚至于银行会克扣钱款等等。
知道了以上的情况后，我就联合村里其他干部一起加大了对小额扶贫贷款政策的宣传，充分利用了广播、传单、版画等多种形式。
经过努力，今年我们村的小额扶贫贷款额度
全部用完，虽然在过程很累，但在看到村民拿到贷款时的笑脸，我心里也很开心。
在正常参与村里的工作的同时我也参与了乡里的多项工作比较落后，由于对电脑打操作的熟悉，对农经、民政部门的数据录入，办公室的文稿打印，违章建房情况的统计工作等都参与到其中。
同时，我还与我们乡其他三名大学生村官共同，投资与老板合作创立西圩金地园农业开发有限公司，占地1500亩，建日光温室400余幢。
蔬菜示范园建成后，年可亩产蔬菜4万公斤，亩经济效益达5万元;提供300多个工作岗位，并带动当地农户1000余户一起发展，人均年纯收入将可增加XX元以上，工程在实施过程中采用统一规划，统一管理，分户作业，集中销售，形成“公司+基地+大学生村官+农户”的模式，带动当地及周边农民一起发展蔬菜生产，形成山东寿光日光温室蔬菜生产模式特色产业。
一年来，工作上取得了一定的成绩，思想上也成熟了很多，但同时我也还存在有不足的地方，自己的业务水平还有待进一步提高。
在即将到来的XX年我计划:
1、继续加强学习，学好知识是干好工作的前提，深入学习科学发展观，不断提高自己的理论水平，继续向身边的同志学习各种工作的经验，同时在工作实践中总结和积累自己的经验。
2、是继续干好创业，利用好这个平台，争取为村民树立一个创业成功的标杆，带动他们一起创业致富。
还有半年的时间，我的任职就期满。
但是，在这剩下的半年时间中，我会一如既往地坚守岗位，认真工作，不断创新，为村民多做实事，多办好事。
总结与展望
回顾过去,展望未来.20XX年已接近尾声,回顾过去的一年,现将部门工作总结如下:
部门的建设与管理得到了加强,充分利用例会将公司规划认真传达,让本部门各位同事认识到公司的发展前景和宏伟目标.
加强了本部门职员的培训学习,真正掌握了物料进,出,存的工作流程,使他们真正发挥技术骨干和模范带头作用,使物品能起到物流顺利周转,同时也真正做到了物尽其用,人尽其才的作用,昨天的工作是离不开各位同事的积极配合,使其仓库管理工作得到了有效的改进.
积极配合计划部,采购部和销售部,对库存呆滞物品的积压进行整改,避免了原材物料的浪费,节约了原材料,处理了部分呆滞物品,并改善了仓库物品和堆放的紧缺现象,还给生产周转提供了合理空间.
积极配合财务部门工作,保证了对表单的上交时间和数据的准确性,真实性,采购与供应商之间的信息反馈工作都取得了大家的一致好评,
利用看板管理和数字管理使相关部门的生产.工作在衔接上有了很大的提高,给公司的整体运作起到了不可低估的作用.总之,08年取得的成绩,离不开各位领导的悉心关怀和指导及各位同仁的大力支持和配合,但还是存在一定的问题和不足,主要表现如下方面:
安全管理力度不够.
1.在忙碌中对领料及送货人员态度烦燥了一些,致使沟通进行不欢而散时有发生.
改善方案:尽可能定时收发料,以保证仓库管理员有足够的时间处理备料,盘点,整理等事务.
2.短时间培训后的接受能力有限,再培训和来料反馈信息力度
有待加强.
改善方案:尽可能每周对仓库管理员进行培训,提高其管理能力,执行力,确保进出仓数据准确,确保信息反馈及时并真实.
3.在仓库管理及数据管理能力上有待提高.
改善方案:为提高物料的管理,对所有进出仓物料尽可能按执行,为确保计划部.采购部.生产部及销售部能及时了解物料库存情况,对k3数据及库存日报表需有专人负责录入.确保在进出仓前查询并录入相关数据再收发料.确保数据的准确性与及时性.
在挥手昨天的时刻,我们将迎来新的一年,对过去取得的成绩,
将不骄不躁,脚踏实地一步一个脚印走下去,对过去的不足,将不懈的努力争取做到最好,我们将会用行动来证明我们的努力,我更加清楚
获取不是靠辉煌的方式,而是靠不断的努力,说实话仓库真没有什么
成绩可言,就算有那么一丁点儿成绩也难以弥补不足,在迎来掌声和
鲜花之时,首先应该是公司及公司高层领导管理有方,是他们兢兢业
业的成果,也是他们带着大家走出来的今天,而仓库能在现实情况中
不断的改善是离不开几位同事的顶力合作的结果,谢谢你们!
