英文设备租赁合同范本如下：

出租方 to_____________on shedule to Part B for using.

2)、房屋设施如因质量原因、自然损耗、不可抗力或意外事件而受到损坏，甲方有修缮并承担相关费用的责任。如甲方未在两周内修复该损坏物，以致乙方无法正常使用房屋设施，乙方有权终止该合约，并要求退还押金。

In ase the premise and attahed failities are damaged b qualit problems, natural damages or aidents, Part A ill be responsible to repair and pa the relevant expenses. If Part A an t repair the damaged failities in to eeks so that Part B an t use the failities normall, Part B has the right to terminate the ontrat and Part A must return the deposit.

3)、甲方应确保出租的房屋享有出租的权利，如租赁期内该房屋发生所有权全部或部分转移、设定他项物权或其他影响乙方权益的事件，甲方应保证所有权人、他项权利人或其他影响乙方权益的第三者

能继续遵守本合同所有条款，反之如乙方权益因此遭受损害，甲方应负赔偿责任。

in hole or in part and other aidents affeting the right of lease b part B, part A shall guarantee that the ne oner and other assoiated, third parties shall be bound b the terms of this ontrat. Otherise, Part A ill be responsible to pensate part B s losses.

7、乙方义务Obligations of Part B

1)、乙方应按合同的规定按时支付租金及押金。

Part B ill pa the rental and the deposit on time.

2)、乙方经甲方同意，可在房屋内添置设备。租赁期满后，乙方将添置的设备搬走，并保证不影响房屋的完好及正常使用。

3)、未经甲方同意，乙方不得将承租的房屋转租或分租。

Part B ill not transfer the lease of the premises or sub ithout Part A s approval.

4)、乙方应按本合同规定合法使用该房屋，不得擅自改变使用性质。乙方不得在该房屋内存放危险物品。否则，如该房屋及附属设施因此受损，乙方应承担全部责任。

Part B ill use the premises lafull aording to this ontrat ithout hanging the nature of the premises and storing hazardous materials in it. Otherise, Part B ill be responsible for the damages aused b it.

5)、乙方应承担租赁期内的水、电、煤气、电话费、宽带费、物业管理费和电视费等一切因实际使用而产生的费用，并按单如期缴

纳。

Part B ill bear the ost of utilities suh as telephone muniations, ater, eletriit, Gas,management fees,internet and able television on time during the lease term.

6)、乙方应爱护租用的房屋及其设备，严格按专门的使用要求使用，如因乙方人为使用不当而导致损坏，乙方负责赔偿及修复费用，

乙方必须做到：

Part B must take are of the propert and its ontents, and use them exatl aording to the speifi instrutions; otherise Part B should pa for the pensation and repairing fees to Part A for its improper use of the propert. Part B must do as follos:

1 足够经常清洁房屋，复合地板、木地板、地毯、瓷砖地面要按不同要求清洁;

Do regularl lean the house. Clean the laminate floor, the parquet floor, the arpet, and the tile orretl aording to the speifi instrutions.
