串口服务器配置方法
1.将串口服务器通过网线与计算机相连或将串口服务器连上交换机,使其与计算机在同一
个局域网,然后将串口服务器接上电源
2.安装串口服务器管理软件
3.打开管理软件Nport Administrator 如下图
4.点击Search 搜索,搜索打串口服务器之后右键点串口服务器,选择configuer如下图
5. 在新出现的配置界面中点击network ,选中modify,修改IP地址与计算机IP地址在同一网段,如下图
6.点击Serial配置串口参数如下图,
将flow control 设置成none(默认为RTS/CTS)其他参数根据现场需求对应配置。

7.点击Operating Mode 将通讯模式配置为Real COM Mode
8.然后一直点OK(确定)
9.回到管理软件主界面,在左侧右键点击COM Mapping 选择Add Target如下图
在新出现的对话框中点击然后点Rescan,选中需要配置的串口服务器如下图
然后点OK ,然后再点Apply点OK保存配置即可看见新增加的COM口(串口)如下图
最终可看到新增加的COM口,其中FIFO项设置为disable 即可。

当设置此模式时,即可虚拟地将计算机与设备串口直接相连,实现虚拟的串口连 接,模拟实时的串口通信。
(1) 设置端口为 Real Com Mode 在“Operating Settings”按照如下界面设置:

MOXA串口服务器配置
假设串口服务器IP地址是192.168.0.1,不同的串口服务器可能是不一样的,以下型号为5610。

(1)打开DOS指令窗口,ping 192.168.0.1 -t
(2)ping通后再打开一个网页,输入http://192.168.0.1
(3)进行配置网页,在左边的”Network Setting”中可以配置串口服务器的IP地址,如下图所示:
(4)记得点“Submit”进行提交,如果更改了IP地址,串口服务器的面板IP地址会变,如果没变请重启串口服务器;
(5)进入“Serial Settings ”进行串口配置,需要特别注意其中的Flow Ctrl一定要是None,默认的串口服务器的串口配置不是None;需要进行配置,否则网络调试助手发数据时,串口服务器灯不闪;
(6)对单个串口配置其Flow Ctrl为none,记得“submit”,如下图所示:
(7)对网络进行配置:一定要配成TCP Server Mode ,每个Port分配不同的Local TCP port,最后“submit”。

配置完成。

摩莎串口服务器基础配置说明1.连接设置首先,我们需要将摩莎串口服务器与网络连接起来。

通过网线将摩莎串口服务器的LAN口连接到局域网中的交换机或路由器上。

确保网线连接正常后,通过查看设备的IP地址,确定摩莎串口服务器的IP地址。

2.IP地址设置摩莎串口服务器默认的IP地址设置是DHCP自动获取IP地址,如果网络环境支持DHCP,则摩莎串口服务器将自动获取IP地址。

如果网络环境不支持DHCP,我们可以通过串口或Telnet登录到串口服务器的命令行界面,使用命令手动配置IP地址。

在命令行界面,输入config命令,进入配置模式。

然后使用set命令设置IP地址、子网掩码、网关等参数,最后通过save命令保存配置。

3.用户管理摩莎串口服务器支持多用户管理,可以设置不同的用户名和密码,以及不同的权限。

通过串口或Telnet登录到串口服务器的命令行界面,使用命令设置用户信息。

在命令行界面,输入config命令,进入配置模式。

在浏览器中输入摩莎串口服务器的IP地址,或使用Telnet工具连接到摩莎串口服务器的IP地址和端口号。

然后输入用户名和密码进行身份验证,即可远程访问和管理串口设备。

6.日志管理摩莎串口服务器可以记录操作日志和系统日志,帮助管理员了解设备的运行情况和故障信息。

MOXA串口服务器调试规范
(Real COM Mode)
一、前言
总结目前现场调试的经验,为减少调试过程中出现问题的机率,防止因串口服务器配置不正确,影响工程项目调试进展,现发布MOXA串口服务器调试规范.
二、串口服务器参数配置
MOXA串口服务器需配置的参数有以下几个:
◆串口服务器名称
◆串口服务器IP及掩码
◆串口服务器工作模式
以下分别介绍具体配置方法:
1.串口服务器名称
参见“设备基础参数分配策略”中,关于名称的规范要求,在“串
口服务器”配置界面中按要求填写名称。

2.串口服务器IP及掩码
参见“设备基础参数分配策略”中,关于IP及掩码的规范要求,在
“串口服务器”配置界面中按要求填写IP及掩码。

3.串口服务器工作模式
●运行“NPort Administrator”程序,程序主界机如下图:
●点击工具栏中按钮,搜索当前在线的“串口服务器”。

搜索
完成后,将在列表中显示当前搜索到的“串口服务器”。

如准备配置的“串口服务器”未搜索到,请检查与设备网络联接是否正常。

●在列表中,双击需配置的“串口服务器”,弹出串口服务器配置窗
体,如下图
●点击“Operating mode”标签页,界面如下图:
●勾选“Modify”,然后双击列表中第一项,弹出”工作模式”配置界面,如
下图
在“Operating Mode”下拉列表中,选择“Real COM Mode”,下方会显示该工作模式相关的设置参数,如下图
●在“Max Connection”下拉列表中,选择“4”。

●勾选“Allow Driver Control”
●勾选“Ignore Jammed IP”
●点击“OK”完成此端口配置
●以相应方法配置串口服务器中其它端口,所有端口配置完后,点击“OK”,
此时串口服务器将会重启,重启完成后以上配置参数即生效。

三、端口映射
●在“NPort Administrator”程序左侧树状列表中,选择“COM Mapping”.
●点击工具栏中按钮,在弹出列表中,选择需要映射端口的串口
服务器,选好后,点击“OK”。

在列表中将出现新添加的端口(以
蓝色字体标识),如下图
双击列表中刚刚添加的端口(蓝色字体标识出来的),弹出具体配置界面,如下图
●在“COM Number”下拉列表中,可以修改映射到本机的串口号。


置时根据分配策略,统一分配串口号。

●点击“Advanced Setting”标签页,出现具体配置界面,如下图
●勾选“Fast flush(only flush local buffer).点击“OK”。

●使用此上方法对其它新添加的端口进行配置。

●所有新添加的端口配置完成后,点击工具栏中按钮。

四、备份配置
所有串口服务器端口映射完成后,必须将端口映射参数备份,连同其它调试资料一起备份回公司。

具体操作方法如下:
●运行“NPort Administrator”程序
●右键点击左侧树形列表中“COM Mapping”,选择“Export COM
Mapping”,选定一个存放路径,点击“OK”即可。
