Minutes later I ask him, “Grandpa, how come you have so much lines on your hand?” Heard the words, he laughed and said, “Well, that’s a big question!” He was silent fo r a moment. Now he answered slowly, “Each these lines stands for a trouble in my life.” I looked at his other hands. “But Grandpa, I wonder how you have more lines on that one.” “Because there are more the honors and joys in my live,” he smiled.

Last night, I saw a great film, Forrest Gump. I am great impressed by this film, by the stories of Forrest Gump. Forrest Gump was born in small village. He was born mentally disabled, and he was discriminated by other. But his mother is a strong female who encouraged Gump to be strong but live the same as normal people. Beside, he meets Jenny, a tragic but kind-hearted girl. With the love of his mother and Jenny, Forrest Gump begins his running all his life. I am moving by his strong willing, kindness and optimism. There are many miracles in his life what seem impossible to him. But I know it is reasonable, because of he wins them with his noble personalities.

I'm sorry to know that you feel upset about having trouble in fit into the class in the new school. One of the reasons, I believe, is that you might be very shy to talk confidently with your classmates. Maybe you are afraid that your classmates will make fun your accent. However, it is natural for you to feel lonely occasionally. As far as I was concerned, with your effort, you can manage to overcome your difficulties. To start with, you may as well learn to speak Mandarin, which can be good understood by all the Chinese. Besides, comparing note with your classmates frequently is a good way for you to make new friends. Last but not least, you had better take the part in more school club activities, that you can express your ideas and know about others. I do hope we can adapt to the new school life as soon as possible. Best regards.

My name is Li Hua, who is a Senior 3 student from Xing Guang Middle School. Every day I have to get up at 6:10 am, when much people are still sleeping. I’m busy with my studies when I have a lot of homework to do, which make me feel under great pressure. English is the subject in that I’m interested. When I feel stressed, I’ll turn my best friend Mike for help. We have been best friend since we are very young. Whenever I’m in a trouble, he will cheer him up. Now I’m trying my best to prepare for the college entrance examination. I hope to be admit into Anhui University.

My grandpa used to be a teacher who is retired now. He has been living the busy and active life, going online, writing articles for newspapers, but attending academic conferences all over the country. He also had many hobbies, such as growing flowers at home, collecting stamps and coins and especial drinking tea. There are many different tea sets and almost all kinds tea in his home, most of that I can't name.

My grandpa is so very crazy about tea that he can't live with enjoying tea several times a day. He once told me he would be sleepy without tea. I often help making tea and drink together with me.

I love my grandpa.
